Education for segregation to Educated class –

A) We have notice to‐day educated class/ resident does not have any fear for throwinggarbage on road, or mixing of different grade of waste in same bin.Paranoia is required, if they don’t do, they will get punishment !!!!Big Brother Is watching syndrome.

Also noticed, educated class is more afraid with 4th grade employees, of their rudebehaviors & abusive language used by them. Power of 4th grade Will help for separation of waste like Paper, Plastics, textile & garden waste etc Separated dry waste to be crush locally with help of mobile Crushers. Crushed waste can be sell to recycler immediately. Mobile crusher will move colony to Colony at predetermined time slots.

Our concept is , use of this opportunity for betterment of society & education forgarbage sorting

In this movement, we require, support call from,a) All news papers, news channels & FM radio b) all type of NGO’s c) Lions/ Rotary clubs

etc—For spreading newsd) All schools ( 4th‐8 th standard), e) Colony/society senior retired people



Punishment for Non segregation from 4th grade employeeReward for those segregate efficiently.This system will help better education among people.

All segregated material will get revenue after selling, that will be collected week/month wise 50% amount to be distributed among “ good peoples /citizen”who are regularly gives correct segregated garbage to Municipal corporation person. This an "REWARD” for people who are genuinely doing their segregation.

Collect garbage day basis , For example‐ Monday ‐ Organic + paper; Tuesday‐Organic + Plastic Wednesday ‐Textile+ green leaves +Organic; Thursday‐ Glass + Paper+ e waste ; Friday – Organic + Plastic + Textile ; Saturday ‐ ‐‐‐‐‐‐‐ (to be decided)Garbage collector person (4th grade employee) from municipal corporation, will check mixing of two different grade in one bin, If mixing of two grade noticed fromparticular house hold / society then he will give warning & return back mixed bin for resorting ,with out collecting same, Resident has to segregate in his house with hisown hand. Municipal garbage collector person will collect only dry paper & dry plastic bags after cleaning & sorting as per different grade.Even he fails, to segregate , second warning will be givenAfter failing for 5 warning he can put fine of Rs 20/‐ on that house hold. Money collected, will be share between Other society members & that 4th grade employee (Garbage collector man).

Collection Center will have following Mobile crushers/shredderFor colonies & Apartments will have fixed type crushers

Central place should have electric supply for following crusher running

For Hotels / Restaurants / Coffee & Ice Cream Parlor –They should not give any wet items in Polycovers, either they should supplypaper leaf cups of molded fiber products for wet items. If plastic containeris used they should charge extra.Install sterilizer with hot water/ steam at all restaurants & choultry

For Apartments –More than 15 apartment should have, Organic, paper & Plastic crushers, Bigger size apartment should have all crushing facility in‐house.Have own biogas generation plant
