These emails contain your username and

password to sign in to the CAPS 3rd Party

website accessible by clicking "Go to

Paperwork" in Step 2.

VOLUNTEERING – PAPERWORK AND CONFIRMATION

Complete Paperwork. Log into CAPS and fill out

your I-9 and W-4. We will manually review

paperwork and update your Step 2 as completed

within 24-48 hours.

Confirm your Work Position. Email

[email protected] to confirm a position

as a Non-WETicket holder, or purchase a WETicket to

confirm as a WETicket holder. Please note limited

spaces are available, and spaces are filled on a first-

come-first-serve basis.

VOLUNTEERING – SCHEDULING WORK SHIFTS

Self-Schedule. The Self-Schedule tool will show up on

your Home Page and you will be able to select your

preferred shift! Shifts will fill on a first-come-first-serve

basis!

Work With Friends. Once you complete all steps

through the festiVOL system, you will be able to request 3

friends you would like to work with through our awesome

Facebook function. In order to choose your friend, both

you and our friend must have all Steps Completed - you

will see the Work With Friends resource once your steps

are complete.

VOLUNTEERING – DEADLINE

Edit your application, if needed.

Applications are currently set to lock (i.e. not

be editable anymore) on June 8.

VOLUNTEERING – WAGES AND COMMITMENT

WET Worker wages are $7.25 per hour

Taxes taken out of paycheck

Must clock in and out of each shift to receive

credit

Six-hour work commitment over the

course of the event

Plan to check in 15 min. prior to each shift

VOLUNTEERING – TICKETS

WET Worker Tickets. Workers may

purchase an optional WETicket to attend

GOTR Waverly as an event patron when not

on shift.

We ask that ALL businesses throughout our community get engaged by decorating their windows and storefronts. Upload the best photo of your storefront or window to

Facebook with the hashtag #GOTRWAVERLY to enter. All pictures must be uploaded by June 12th and judging will

take place on June 16th and 17th. Our judges will include festival staff along with local celebrities.
