AXIS-M 20.1 provides professional spreading technology particularlyfor future-oriented businesses (working width: 12 - 36 m).

Its big brother AXIS-M 30.1 provides impressive power with a loadcapacity of three tons and a working width range from 12 to 42 m.

The special characteristics of the AXIS-M 50.1 top model are aworking width ranging from 18 to 50 m, max. load capacity of 4,000 kgand a cat. III three-point linkage especially for large tractors.

Adjusting the spreading dosage isas easy as it is precise. The dosagepre-selection for a adequate finedosing is executed infinitely from 3kg/ha on a large clear scale curve;for the left and right sideseparately.

The fertiliser-protective innovative Granusafe system guarantees thegentle and precise transfer of the sensitive granulate from thecontainer to the field via the spreader vanes.

Thanks to the harmonious design of:

• the agitators, which rotate slowly at just 17 rpm and featureoverload protection

• the flow-optimized slide openings located near the centre

• the brush-shaped turbulence stoppers

• and the aerodynamic Airfins on the spreading discs

grinding effects, the formation of broken or crushed gains and airturbulence in the sensitive spreading zone are reduced to aminimum. As a result, the precision-determining flightcharacteristics of even pressure-sensitive granulates are maintained.The spreading discs, rotating at high speeds (900 rpm), acceleratethe fertiliser granules to an optimum release speed.

The result: precise spreading patterns and thus the optimumnutrient supply to crops.

Driving at the limit without hitting the boundaries.

AXIS-M is designed consistently for speed at highest spreadingprecision. With AXIS-M, both the smallest application quantitiesstarting from 3 kg/ha as well as the largest application quantity canbe spread precisely without being influenced by driving speed andworking width.

The long and wide CDA slide opening at the disc centre and thegentle high-tech fertiliser transfer to the spreader vanes permitimpressive working speeds of up to 25 km/h without losing anyprecision.

Even under extreme conditions, e.g. 24 m working width, 25 km/hdriving speed, AXIS-M still allows an impressive application rate of500 kg/ha in NPK fertilising.

With High-speed spreading, AXIS-M offers an as yet unachievedpotential for efficient cost reduction and increased power infertiliser application.

In Combination with the RAUCH weighing system, QUANTRON-E2checks the application quantity 100 times per second – duringtravel. Spreading errors due to varying flow characteristics of thespreading material or changes in driving speeds are detectedimmediately and corrected automatically once per second.

While spreading, the smart electronics record all data automaticallyand ensure error-free documentation. The current remainingquantity is displayed at all times. On extreme slopes, the systemsimply switches to hillside spreading mode.

For AXIS-M 20.1 W and 30.1 W the small distance from the centreof gravity and the extremely low intrinsic weight allows the use oftractors in the lower performance range without any problems.

The future on board

Due to their RS 232 interface, the AXIS-M weighing spreaders areideally prepared for current applications in area-specific cropproduction as well as for the use of the RAUCH GPS control toautomatically open and close the metering slide at the ideal time.The off-the-shelf

USB interface provides elegant data exchange between theQUANTRON-E2 and a PC or the internet.

The GPS controlled automatic headland and partial width controlQUANTRON guide optimises fertiliser spreading on headlands andslopes.

RAUCH QUANTRON guide, including the Egnos GPS antenna, can becombined with all RAUCH QUANTRON-A/-E/-E2 displays.

Unique in spreading technology, the QUANTRON guide’s innovativeOptiPoint control opens and shuts the metering slide at the idealdistance to the field boundary at all time. On field slopes, theQUANTRON guide controls the left and right sections at the idealmoment.

The result: Maximum ease of operation, high spreadingprecision in sensitive slope and headland areas and higherefficiency by using precise parallel tracking

QUANTRON guide can be modified to a full-value ISOBUS universalterminal with the optional software applications UT (universalterminal), TC (task controller), SC (section controller) and Field-Nav.

TELIMAT T25/T50 allows precise edge and boundary spreadingfrom the first pass without loss. TELIMAT is folded in front of thespreader disc by remote control with single-acting hydrauliccontrols. TELIMAT can be reliably monitored using an easily visiblemechanical position display.

GSE 25 plus/GSE 50 is the boundary spray unit for AXIS-M 20.1/30.1and AXIS-M 50.1 for precise spreading right on the field boundary. Ifrequired, the simple manual operation can also be performed withsingle-acting hydraulic controls.

TELIMAT T25/T50 and GSE 25 meet European environmentalstandards.

The elaborate lighting system BLW 25 with dust and spray guardsand high-visibility reflective warning panels ensure on-road safetyeven at poor visibility or when the machine is very dirty.

The large ASR 25 parking rollers allow more flexibility for mountingand dismounting the spreader. A quick-release coupling systemallows the rollers to be easily removed or mounted in the transportposition at any time.

The high-quality UV-stabilised hopper covers ensure problem-freespreading even in adverse weather conditions. The generouslyoverlapping cover edges protect the expensive fertiliser even onlong journeys. The entire load area is available at all times in theevent of overload.

One typical RAUCH feature is the two large inspection windows onthe hopper cover for the easy checking of the fill level.

Standard calibration test system

The European environmental standard concerning fertiliserspreaders requires that these are fitted with calibration test devicesand hopper purging facilities. Since fertilisers vary enormously, onlythe calibration test provides the security you need.

On AXIS-M, the calibration test device is perfectly integrated intothe machine. An ingenious quick-release coupling allows thespreader disc to be removed without any tools. This createsadequate space for fertiliser collection: Simple for calibration, quickand convenient for hopper purging.

The RAUCH PPS 5 practical test set permits cross-distribution to bechecked and corrected quickly and easily in the field. This provideseven more safety and accuracy during spreading, particularly withfertilisers of poor quality, problematic discharge properties orunknown origin.

Adjustments can be made amazingly fast and reliably thanks to theeasy-to-understand AXIS-M-CAD setting logic.
