Allied Green, LLC’s Director and technology developer Jonathon Hampton has developed and commercialized premiergreen building products for replacement of steel and Portland cement. Through Allied Greens subsidiary productmanufacturing company of ‘Geopolymer Building Systems’ Allied Green provides a highly durable and economicalsolution to the “Green” building industry. This company will provide economical building products for off grid residentialand commercial buildings with dramatically lower energy requirements through its unique building methods for fasterection of total building systems including structural skeleton, floor, wall and roof systems.

Geopolymer Building Systems has several new innovative technologies for use in housing, commercial and industrialprojects. One new material is mineral-based foam, which has a higher "R" value than fiberglass and cellulose insulationsthat has none of the myriad of negative aspects associated historically with such products.

This product allows for the production of a totally fireproof, waterproof, vermin proof, mold proof zero VOC StructuralInsulated Panel that can even utilize indigenous and post consumer waste fillers and ingredients.

Evaluated in the area of aeration technology, testing resulted in the strongest and most effective pre-formed foam to haveever been tested by recognized experts in the field of aerated cellular concrete.

Geopolymer Building Systems has developed specialized products and methods for universal utilization, which allows forthe use of mineral based ceramic cement products for all aspects of the construction of a building. These green ratedproducts are capable of creating a FEMA style building material that would not be a health hazard to the occupants.

We have a new method called the unified Earth cycle materials processing system. The unified Earth cycle materialsprocessing system demonstrates the potential to be a unique, state-of-the-art method to significantly lower the cost of ouressential Ceramic Cement raw materials to be price competitive to Portland cement. Currently, mineral / hard rock minedmagnesium and phosphate commodity pricing result in ceramic cement being more expensive than Portland cement. Thekey to significantly reducing this cost disparity is our identification of independently developed, state-of-the-art materialsprocessing technologies that can immediately be unified into a turn-key operation that cost-effectively and responsiblyretrieves, powders, dehydrates, molecularly separates and calcites currently irretrievable waste stream materials. Throughthe use of local waste streams ranging

from agricultural, industrial, marine and food waste, to municipal wastewater, manure, sludge, ashes, etc., this will provide essential ceramic cement magnesium / phosphate raw materials. Additionally, other valuable material extracted for resale includes nitrates, calcium, potassium, and precious minerals / metals. As an added benefit, and unlike current industry material processing systems, the advanced materials processing technologies that make up the integrated Earth cycle system can be scaled from tabletop sized laboratory systems to large capacity industrial models Our Earth cycle waste stream recovery research has also gained us the first of several related patent applications (see www.uspto.gov / US Pat. App. No. 20080206128).

We have developed ceramic concrete that has a compressive strength in excess of 20,000 psi. with a much lighter weight than Portland cement.

We are perfecting formulations that will result in phosphorescent concrete for use on roadways and airport runways. This is achieved a couple of ways one being the use of luminescent microspheres in conjunction with chemilumenescent additives in the cement.

We have new products such as Vacuum Insulated Panels possessing "R" values of 50 per inch, chemilumenescent concrete (mixes that glow in the dark due to chemical elements) and Phosphorescent concrete (concrete that will luminescent in the presence of HF electricity).

We have developed a combination of mineral processes that will totally redirect the building construction industry. These combinations and mix designs allow the reduction of weight of concrete to less than 10 pounds per cubic foot and design strengths in excess of 10,000 psi. Concrete beams can bend under pressure and return to their initial set when the pressure is removed. Reinforcement and structural shapes are created with Three times the strength and one-fourth the weight of steel using 100% mineral fiber.

The products that we produce are made from mineral based binders and post consumers waste such as glass, wood, paper, sludge (including sewage),and landfill (including fly ash).

Green Structure Technologies:

The primary shell of Allied Green Structures is composed of two unique technologies that replace primary existing concrete, steel, and wood building systems and products in use around the world. In both cases, the reasons to do so are both economic and environmental. Both technologies offer strong economic and environmental incentives to convert existing methods at a global level. Therefore, a global market is the potential for both of these system applications. Concrete is historically one of the worst polluting industries on the planet. Wood construction not only has a significant negative impact but also creates structures with a short lifespan and an inability to handle disasters of any kind.

We intend to:

Construct all green structures projects using these technologies

Produce and market these building systems and materials to a waiting global construction market that is strongly motivated for and receptive to this transition

In both cases, the raw materials are available worldwide utilizing a never-ending recyclable waste system.

In addition, this will create multiple sustainable technologies to market that are compatible with the Green Structures technologies. The intention is, to both utilize these technologies for Green Structures projects as well as market them as individual capabilities. This vital combination not only creates a template for true sustainable off grid commercial and residential structures that can be duplicated worldwide, it also enables sustainable technologies to convert the most environmentally damaging waste steams intomarketable green by products.

Ceramic cements:

In addition to replacing concrete as a primary construction material, ceramic cement is also capable of making cabinets, countertops, automobile components, ships, engine components, drywall replacement, furniture, window frames, roads, bridges, runways, bricks, pavers, decking, railroad ties and high volume production molds of any size. This material can also be mixed with any rock, soil, vegetation, or waste material. It is our intended mission to demonstrate economic justification for converting all existing concrete plants to this technology.

Other components of building with Green Structure:

In addition to utilizing all the above components building with Green Structure, Allied Green Structure will utilize available technologies like high shielding glass or photosensitive glass as well as radiant barrier coating and ceramic paint. All these components will increase the “R” Rating of a structure and be a factor in providing an energy efficient building.

Even with a little higher cost of some of the additional materials, a significant cost saving in manufacturing and building will be achieved over any of the existing methods. By being self sufficient, additional savings on energy consumption will bring the cost of operation to a point that it will have a positive impact on the owner, operator, or occupant of our space enclosures. 13

Using the patented “PolarSun Energies” conditioning/heating systems process, both residential and commercialconsumers will realize energy cost savings between 30-51% on their electricity use for cooling and heating over andabove the standard high efficiency units the current industry provides.

For even greater efficiencies, the warmer the customers’ climate, the more efficient the solar thermal air conditioningsystems will function due to the solar thermal processes that reduce the electrical demand.

PolarSun Energies is the GREENEST, most efficient way to cool or heat your home and business. The realizedsavings will more than pay for the complete system in TWO years or less and simultaneously help the environment bysignificantly reducing the production of CO2.

In addition, air quality of the PolarSun Energies' system is greatly improved by removing the moisture from the airin your home or business location and blowing colder air during those hot muggy days!

PolarSun Energies quality products are a win-win situation for the contractor and the consumer with the provisionof a ‘satisfaction guaranteed’ performance bond backing on all their manufactured product’s warrantees.

SOLAR THERMAL AIR CONDITIONING OPERATION

The PolarSun Energies systems are similar to a regular air conditioning system in that the refrigeration takes place by evaporating liquid with a very lowboiling point. In both cases, when a liquid evaporates or boils, it takes some heat away with it, and can continue to do so either until the liquid is allboiled, or until everything has become so cold that the sub-zero boiling point has been reached. The difference between the two is how the gas is changedback into a liquid so that it may be used again. A regular air conditioning system uses a compressor to increase the pressure on the gas, forcing it tobecome a liquid again through the use of the condenser coil. The change of the state of the refrigerant starts to take place approximately two thirds of theway down the condenser.

The PolarSun Energies conditioning system uses a vastly different method. It uses the solar heat from the sun to superheat the refrigerant, whichenables the refrigerant to begin changing state at the TOP two thirds of the condenser coil. By using this method it reduces the superheat component ofcompression required to achieve the cooling process in the conventional cooling systems as well as utilizing more of the condenser cooling face of the coil. The conventional air conditioning system is only able to change a portion of the gas into a liquid state. When the refrigerant enters into the meteringdevice it is a saturated vapor. This process allows more of the refrigerant to change its state back into a liquid faster as well as allowing the transformationof more liquid into the metering device.

In everyday weather environment conditions, the PolarSun Energies conditioner uses the sun as a source of heat to provide the thermal energy neededto drive the cooling process. This process is very efficient since most of the condenser and evaporator coil face is being utilized in contrast to the standardair conditioner. The applied thermodynamic process is not a conventional thermodynamic cooling process based on Charles Law. Instead, it is based onevaporation….carrying heat in the form of fast-moving (hot) molecules from one material to another material that preferentially absorbs hot molecules. The system then cools by the evaporating liquid refrigerant. The Solar Absorption medium inside the solar-collector acts as a storage tank to maintain therequired temperatures needed for the cooling process. With the Solar Absorption tank, the cooling process can be maintained for approximately 96 hourswithout the need of the sun's heat. The heated medium also acts as an absorbent to the refrigerant through the solar collector process. Through this highlyefficient thermal process, the system will greatly reduce the energy required for the cooling of the controlled space.

Water Desalination/Purification Water Desalination/Purification Water Desalination/Purification Water Desalination/Purification Summary DataSummary DataSummary DataSummary Data

The AG Pureflo mechanical purification water solution generates pure drinking water without the use of chemicalintervention and it does so in a manner that’s environmentally constructive.

The revolutionary “AG Pureflo” system’s molecular separator system is a filter-less process which is capable of efficientlyprocessing sea water, and additionally processes industrial waste and sewage water exceptionally well.

For each type of water processed, the AG PureFlo system technology sterilizes and extracts whatever is not pure water fromthe intake stream and discharges it into a separate concentrate. Waterborne bacteria are also eliminated during theprocessing.

AG Pureflo Desalination Plant Will:

• In many cases produces water with less than 50 TDS ppm vs. 75-125 TDS ppm for most RO systems

• Delivers a large scale operational plant in less than 12 months, guaranteed

• Uses 8-10watts/Imperial gallon vs. -22 watts/Imp gallon for RO systems

• Uses no chemicals and emit no noxious fumes

• Does Not return higher salt content water than water at the plants inlet

• Requires only 3-6 technicians for “large” scale operations and can be trained in one week with the O & M’s greatly reduced vs. RO designs.

• Allows for rapid output increases (262 GPM per 22”x58” size stack) simply adding additional stacks.

• May be repaired or maintained without interruption to the plants output

• Utilizes smaller area (40% less vs. RO) for overall desalination plant site operations due to decreased evaporation pond size needs.

Overview

The AG PureFlo system desalinates water using a proprietary harmonic profile process, while analyzing the water real time;then targets and manipulates the molecular structure of those identified elements and compounds in a given water stream. This phase causes the salt to rapidly crystallize. The salt crystals and any other elements or compounds (not H2Omolecules) are then spun out using a “Hydro Fuse” (centrifugal extraction system).

PureFlo water is treated real-time without requiring the below elements or stages which slow down the process and ofcourse requires power that the PureFlo system does not. 24

Page 25: “Better solutions for “Better solutions for those who wish to alter … · 2012. 5. 16. · *water-proof *mold-proof *mildew-proof *bullet-proof *sound-proof *controlled thermal

By utilizing the AG PureFlo System for desalination, there is no need for the following:

• Aeration Basins

• Air Diffusers

• Mixers

• Polymer Injection Systems

• Cake handling systems

• Clarifier systems

AG PureFlo’s Multi Stage System

• The AG PureFlo system design includes sequential phases that ensure consistent production at required volume of desalinated water.

These phases enable:

• A system capable of rapid output growth at a fraction of the cost of RO or other desalination plants.

• A system capable of handling up to twice normal output shock loads or surges in customer demands

• A system which allows less than 4 weeks system in operability for repair due to component failure from natural disaster or sabotage and no impact on flow rates for maintenance.

Portability

In addition, the AG PureFlo system design allows for mobility by accommodating the installation onto skid type units for rapid deployment into disaster areas and is ideal for economical implementation into emergency uses on short-term and or long-term basis. These skid type units can easily be trailer mounted and provide expedient volumes of potable water (262 GPM per stack)to a large number of people very quickly and efficiently. In addition, with Texas and other coastal states that are a threat by hurricanes, the purification systems (being built into large skid type units for desalination plant operations) can be simplydisconnected and removed to higher ground.

Executive Summary

The BioMast/Biosof technology is a containerised sewage treatmentsystem capable of treating sewage type liquid organic wastes ofbiodegradable waste materials, without the use of extraneousenergy. The BioMast/BioSof technology is a more sustainablesolution with a significant advantage over congenital systems due tothe dramatic reduction of the use of energy in the treatment ofsewage type waste streams. Energy required for the system is tooperate a feed pump to introduce the effluent to the treatment unitand a smaller lift pump to move the liquids to a second level. Thecommercial expansion of this technology is particularly appropriateat the present time with increasing prime energy costs andincreasing pollution discharge costs as legislative imperatives areadopted as mandates to improve environmental aspects.

This technology has been operating in Belgium for a number ofyears as a full-scale commercial demonstration of the systemscapabilities.

More recently the efficiencies have been advanced through efforts ofworld renown microbiologist Dr. David Stafford who was retained toimprove upon the special features of the BioSof technology’sprocesses. This has lead to lowering the operational cost of suchplants even more over conventional sewage treatment systems.Installed plants using this technology will positively contribute tonational compliance with reductions in effluent BOD/CODdischarges as a direct result of its accelerated and efficient processes. This unique reduction process also saves significantly on carbondioxide produced emissions which are reduced or replaced by usingless hydro carbon power or by instead utilizing solar PV power as theenergy source to treat the waste.

Corporate StructureAllied Green, LLC is responsible as the project manager, and will oversee permitting, engineering reviews, project costs and overallmanagement of construction design for the sewage treatment systems.

TREAT-TEC as systems marketer is staffed by the technical advisory consultancy of Dr. David Stafford, as chief scientist and Mr. JohnBombardiere as technical assistant, have expertise in applied and industrial microbiology, and will assess projects for system qualifyingfactors and oversee its site assessments, installation, commissioning and operational maintenance training needed to maintain its on-going optimum performance.

Technical StaffingTREAT-TEC company is supported by its head technical supervisor Mr. John Bombardiere.Dr. David Stafford provides the scientific support and includes the consulting team that can best meet the needs of assessments foreach future particular project.Mr. Doyle Kolle of Allied Green LLC will provide the marketing expertise for project development coordination and evaluation ofpertinent information to determine the best unit suitability and application of the Biomast/BioSof systems.Mr. Herman Herpelinck will provide the governmental liaison between the providers of the Biomast/BioSof technology and the USAand Worldwide operations.Treat-Tec’s sales agreement with Biomast of Belgium is ultimately intended to be transformed into a manufacturing and sales agreementin and for the North American market.

Technology OutlineDeployment of the Biomast/Biosof technology by Treat-Tec staff expertise provides know-how and technology for the treatment of organic wastes

using proprietary technology knowledge in anoxic and aerobic systems. The specific application of the Biomast/Biosof technology is for the

removal of effluent BOD/COD in sewage treatment to Class A river quality discharge standards. The initial expertise is in developing the technology

and bringing together the technologies and partners.

The key feature of the waste treatment technology is the use of anoxic and aerobic microbes that grow at ambient temperatures to convert the

carbon in organic wastes into carbon dioxide and water. The BIOMAST station works automatically in a hydraulic manner and therefore does not

consume any energy for treating sewage waste water and can be used anywhere. A connection on a closed sewage pipe is enough to let the

installation-filter biologically treat the water and provides a hydraulic retention time of 12 hours. It is a lot cheaper than alternative systems, not

only in capital, but also in maintenance and energy usage. The BIOMAST station can filter the water for an equivalent of from 50 up to 3,000

inhabitants; with multiple units more can be treated. It does not require a lot of space and can even be built partially underground, as well as in a

construction that blends in with the landscape. The technology used by the unit has been based on a process of absorption and natural

degradation of water charged with organic material and works using polystyrene micro-balls of different dimensions that are treated in such a way

that a surface area 100 time larger than those in the traditional systems.28

Page 29: “Better solutions for “Better solutions for those who wish to alter … · 2012. 5. 16. · *water-proof *mold-proof *mildew-proof *bullet-proof *sound-proof *controlled thermal

Treat -Tec Systemsan Allied Green Partner

29

The water purification station “BIOMAST” is built up in 3 layers connected to each other by valves and siphons: the wastewater is assembled

in a relief pit and then pumped to an upper level and is further distributed by hydraulics without any pump to the other levels where the

biological degradation takes place. The first level functions anoxically and partially separates the organic elements. The second level works

aerobically and oxidises the organic compounds and nitrogen. The aeration is entirely natural without use of a compressor or any other

energy using equipment. The third level realises the nitrification and some denitrification.

When the bacterial micro-bed is saturated the whole installation is automatically started when the water flows back to the relief pit. No

automated or other alarm system is needed as no active monitoring is required. Only a small pump is used to pump the wastewater to the

highest level of the station. This pump is working continuously as the station needs a constant water supply in order to function.

For an equivalent of 100 occupants, a supply pump of only 400 Watt per hour is sufficient, meaning 4 kWh per inhabitant per year. For an

equivalent of 500 inhabitants, a pump of 1 kW applies bringing the numbers down to 17.5 KWh. Furthermore this cost can be avoided simply

by connecting the pump to a solar panel or small windmill.

The large (water treatment) engineering firm of Aquafin has provided a preliminary report on the performance of the system and has

concluded that a very high removal percentage of pollutants is achieved by the process. The installation researched reached the most

important design parameters for filtration bed systems. With an influent COD concentration of 9,391 mg/l the unit provided an effluent

concentration of just 53 mg/l a 99.44% reduction. With an influent BOD concentration of 1,750 mg/l the unit provided an effluent BOD of 26

mg/l, a reduction of 98.51%. Other pollutants are also reduced significantly. *(See attached for Aquafin testing report)
