CONCORD DELIVERABLE 1.3 ABOUT DELIVERABLE D1.3 Deliverable D1.3 builds on the work performed in Task 1.3, Contributing to the Steering Board. The task Leader is Aalto University, and contributions are welcomed from the other organization that has a nominated Steering Board member, TIVIT. This task involves active participation to FI PPP Steering Group’s work. Through its Steering Board members, the CONCORD team proposes new Working Groups and other Programme-level activities as necessary in order to create the targeted Programme-level impact. The two Steering Board positions

allocated for CONCORD are held by the majority partners Aalto and TIVIT. The other CONCORD participants can also actively contribute to the discussions and decisions by interacting with the said majority partners and hence raising issues to the Steering Board agenda. (Transparency of and involvement in the discussions is in part achieved by the steering board Wikis set up by CONCORD.)
DESCRIPTION OF THE DELIVERABLE 1.3 This Deliverable 1.3 consists of the attendance records to the Steering Board and refers to CONCORD’s proposals made for the Steering Board:
• The list of participation to the Steering Board meetings (as part of this document) • Working Group, event and other formal proposals made by CONCORD partners (as supplemental
evidence) The CONCORD representation to the Steering Board meetings can be changed depending on the agenda of the meetings. The Board will meet monthly, and thus the deliverables have been communicated as M2-M60. The responsible party: Aalto University, contributions from all.
EVIDENCE FOR THE DELIVERABLE 1.3 All evidence for the Steering Board meetings can be found in the Knowledge Centre. Much of the same material can also be found in the intranet on the FI PPP Portal, under the section FI PPP Steering Board, as well as on Wikispaces dedicated to the Steering Board. New versions of the deliverable will be produced annually (M12, M24, M36, M48, M60). The evidence includes the following documents from M7-M12:
1. Standardisation Working Group proposal made by Aalto. 2. Exploitation and Business Modelling Working Group proposal made by IBBT. 3. Policy and Regulatory Working Group (a.k.a. Institutional Agenda Design WG) proposal made by
EIIR. (Furthermore, the Security and Privacy Working Group proposal and setup is in preparation by TiViT.) CONCORD has been represented in all FI PPP Steering Board meetings. Representatives have been the regular members:
• Dr. Petra Turkama, Aalto University, succeeded by Mr. Mikko Riepula, Aalto University, from Feb-2012 on.
• Prof. Pauli Kuosmanen, TIVIT Additionally also Prof. Alvaro De Oliveira attended the meetings when the Advisory Board selection has been on the agenda.
