• Currently represent the NGO sector on SANAC (South African National AIDS Council)

• Training in organisational development – 75 Community Based Organisations in
Gauteng a year – Assessments, Training and Mentoring
Innovation Incentives
• Open to organisations that were undergoing CBP and met other criteria
• Approved AIDS Consortium affiliate• Attended 10 of the 10 modules and • Supported by a trainer/mentor • Be visited for assessment by AC at least 3 times• Avail relevant documents during assessment• Avail staff members and volunteers for interviews• Implement agreed action plans after each support visit

An average of 3 assessment • Pre-assessment: baseline information before
training, information gathered used to inform training
• Second assessment: After training, pre mentorship process, mentoring process provided feedback and captured data on the organisation
• Last assessment: During last month of mentoring
