The machine is specifically designed for:
Pavement Cleaning
• Chewing Gum Removal
• Graffiti Removal
• Fly Poster Removal
• External Building Cleaning
• Property Restoration
• Facade Cleaning
• Boat Cleaning
• Pigeon and Bird Droppings
If you suffer from a chewing gum or graffitiproblem give us a call, we cover the whole ofthe UK and offer a free quotation service.
We specialise in professional carpet andupholstery cleaning of high capacityseating venues and mass carpeted areassuch as cinemas, theatres, bingo halls, offices and local authority properties, providing full UK and Ireland coverage.
We operate from a fleet of modifiedvehicles fitted with the Hydramaster truckmounted water extraction cleaning plants. This is a self sufficient unit with its own onboard power, fresh and waste water tanks. Each vehicle is fully equipped with 200mof vacuum and solution hose, hand-toolsfor seat cleaning and the RX20 rotarycarpet cleaner.
The RX20 uses 5 vacuum/spray jet heads, each independently suspended by a flexiblespring arm. As the RX20 glides over thecarpet, the rotating action of the 5 vacuumparts and 5 spray-jets create 650 cleaningpasses each minute.
As the machine sweeps from side to side, the cleaning head rotates twice a second, cleaning each carpet fibre from fivedifferent angles. The incredible scrubbingaction releases soil while fluffing up andrestoring the carpet. The results areastounding, especially on stains or heavilysoiled carpet.
Typically a truck mounted system is 20times more powerful than a portable unit.Unlike a portable unit where the cleaningagent is added to the water tank, the truckmount method is to pre-spray the cleaningagent and rinse out through the solutionline therefore leaving no alkaline content inthe fibres. This is vitally important becauseany alkaline left in the fibres attracts dirt, shortening the timescale between cleans.
We have worked within the cinema industryfor over 18 years. One of the mostchallenging buildings we have tackled is theCineworld cinema on Renfrew Street inGlasgow, the tallest cinema in the world.

Boat Cleaning
Boat Cleaning is another area that the Future Grouphas ventured into. We have an extended hose fedwater system which enables us to reach the boatson a jetty, with no need to remove them out of thewater. We have carried out back ground research toensure adequate equipment and chemicals arebeing used for this type of work.
The Future Group offer an antifouling removalservice which is vital for the overall performance ofyour boat. Over a period of year’s antifoul will build-up and become flaky and uneven. This will causeunnecessary drag through the water resulting in aloss of speed and an increase in fuel consumption. We use a blast method to remove all traces of
antifouling to leave the surface clean and ready forthe application of coatings.
Once all antifoul has been removed we encourageour clients to use A-Glaze. A-Glaze is a protectivesealant that protects surfaces from common causesof degradation and colour fading (ultra violet light, acid rain, atmospheric pollution, salt, snow and birdlime). The A-Glaze actually bonds to the surfacecreating a brilliant, high gloss protective barrier, meaning dirt and pollutants can be easily removed. This chemical ensures continuous shine and protectsthe gel coat.
