TeCO MaRiTiMe aS, a part of the publicly listed TeCO MaRiTiMe aSa,

is a specialized supplier of tank cleaning chemicals, tank cleaning

advices, supercargoes and test equipment for the maritime industry.

Our main objective is minimal turn-around time and optimal flexibility, to achieve this we focus on planning, knowledge and

training combined with the right equipment and chemicals. Since 1994

TeCO MaRiTiMe has supplied highly specialized technical products and

services. We believe that know-how, personal service and good logistics

combined with a dedicated staff are vital factors in today’s competitive

shipping market. Currently TeCO MaRiTiMe has a shore staff of about 100

people based in offices worldwide; Oslo, Porsgrunn, Bergen, Rotterdam,

dubai and Singapore, in addition to about 300 workers onboard vessels

performing ballast tank coating, repairs and assistance.

the philosophy behind our Cleaning and Cargo Handling Department was to create a 24/7 service organisation for owners and operators with the best expertise and know-how available in the tanker industry.

By combining our staff with a worldwide network of

master mariners, chief officers, superintendents,

surveyors, chemists, and port captains and super-

cargoes, we are able to be of service where and

whenever it is needed.

Today we have dedicated personnel focusing on tank

cleaning at our office in Bergen, Rotterdam and

Singapore, in addition to our supercargoes.

The increased trades of palmoil, softoil and biofuel give opportunities for more vessels to swoop in and out

of these trades. new buildings are loading palmoils on

the maiden voyage to cure the coating often with a crew

used to only carrying CPP. methanol and other high

spec cargoes can also be a challenge. a supercargo can

and will make a difference, being pre-planning of cargo

operation, tank cleaning, trouble shooting. Just by

using their abilities to assess and monitor difficult

situations and provide correct information make them

a valuable asset to the companies they represent, being

the owners, charterers, pool or commercial operator.

specialist Marin Care has been providing the shipping

industry with innovative quality cleaning chemicals and

tank cleaning advice.

Together we supply in more than 30 countries in all

continents of the world. We ensure delivery of high

quality, imo approved chemicals at competitive

prices from joint stocks and production facilities. This

adds flexibility to our operation, and gives our clients

better predictability in supply and planning of cleaning

For removal of inert gas soot, cleaning of mineral oils, petroleum products, palm, vegetable and animal oils. Safe to use for manual spot cleaning and degreasing.

A proven environmentally friendly multipurpose cleaner

Water based, non-caustic cleaning and degreasing agent. it contains ethoxylates, sulphonates, glycosides and complex-ing agents. it is ideal for cleaning after all types of vegetable oils, animal oils, fats, wax’s, luboils and other containing hydrocarbons. Safe on zinc coating and for manual cleaning.

Phosphoric and oxalic acidic solution with alcohol-etoxylates for rust and stain removal. Brighten aluminium, copper and stainless steel. Removes white residues from fatty acids, caustic soda and lime residues.

User-friendly general purpose cleaning and degreasing agent free from hydrocarbon solvents and caustic soda. Cleans heavily soiled surfaces on oil installations, drilling deck, equipment and engine room. designed for manual and high pressure washing both on and offshore. Meets the strict environmentally requirement of the norwegian Oil Sector in the north Sea.
