Included in rent is one 10'x10' space in front of the shop during the Canada Day Osborne Street Festival where around 80,000 attend. A Sub-lease for As Little as 6 Months or As Much as 6 Years

The lease is mine for a minimum of 6 years so you can choose how long you’d like to sublet with me, anywhere from 6 months – 6 years.
