Description and featuresThe Trident is a comprehensive automatic tank level monitoring system which gives you many

advanced features to monitor and optimize your tanks. Together with LabkoNet web service, cus-

tomers are able to make logistical planning very easily. Logistics manager can quickly check the

inventory levels of customer’s sites via computer - or even with a mobile phone.

Main viewFour tanks data can be viewed at the same time.

Product level, temperature, condensed water, alarm limits and free space can be seen on the screen from each tank.

Level AlarmsUser can set 4 separate level alarm limits to each tank.High level, low level, lowlow level and condensed water.

ReportsThe Trident’s reporting system offers comprehensive infor-

mation about the tanks. Available reports are stock, monthly,history and delivery reports. Trident hardware contains facility

for remote printer connection if required.

Leak detectionStatic leak detection can test each tank automatically daily,

or when it is necessary to test any tank individually. If any leakages are detected, automatic alarm is shown on the

display, together with audible alarm.

The Trident monitoring system is a perfect solution for the petrol stations where basic, reliable infor-mation is required. The Trident system can monitor product level, temperature and condensed water level.

Labkotec provides two magnetostrictive sensors, LabkoMax and LabkoFlex, which can be monitored by the Trident. Both sensors are ideal for applications demanding high accuracy and good repeatability.

The 7-inch touch screen gives you enhan-ced graphic capabilities with its high-resolution widescreen display.

LabkoMaxThe LabkoFlex system is designed for terminals, refineries and other fuel depots.

The LabkoFlex level measurement sensor measures precisely and reliably the height of the product level, temperature and possible condensed water. The standard sensor is equipped with one tem-perature sensor but optionally five temperature sensors are available.

Sensor electronics are integrated into the 5/8” diameter sensing tube. Thanks to this and its flexible construction and PVDF material the handling and installation of the sensor is easy and quick.

The LabkoFlex PVDF sensor is best suited for tank heights 5 - 21 m.

LabkoFlexThe LabkoMax fuel sensors are used in petrol stations, terminals, refineries and other fuel distribution sites.

The LabkoMax level measurement sensor measures precisely and reliably the height of the product level, temperature and possible condensed water. The standard sensor is equipped with one tempera- ture sensor but optionally five tem- perature sensors are available.

Sensor electronics are integrated into the 5/8” diameter sensing tube. This offers you greater options for insertion and mounting in tanks.

The LabkoMax rigid sensor is best suited for up to 5 m diameter tanks.

The system includes as standard:- Ethernet connection- 2 x RS-232 serial connection- 2 x USB connection- MODBUS TCP/IP- 7-inch touch screen- Audible and visual alarms- Printer option- LabkoMax/Flex connection

System configuration

The MPS-4 serves as an Ex-barrierfor the 7100 series sensors.It also transforms the measurementinformation into a digital mode.Max. four 7100 sensors can beconnected to one MPS-4.
