Fuel Cycle when Car starts working

When you put the key in contact and key rotates at the second time the Starter go engaged with flywheel causes it to rotate which causes the Crank shaft and timing belt to rotate and causes Fuel pump to rotate

Injection WorkingInject the amount of fuel needed according to

engine operations

it is controlled automatically

Engines Operations in Carburetor

Idling the Gasoline goes from float to intake manifold through idling port Because thermostatic spring don't expand and choke valve closes Main nozzle and Throat Valve closed and then go to Combustion Chamber and air go to it from port in intake manifold

Page 9: Fuel systems presentation (Gasoline)

Engines Operations in CarburetorLow speed the Gasoline goes from float to intake manifold through idle port and low speed port Because thermostatic spring don't expand and choke valve closes Main nozzle and throat valve opens and vacuum begins to decrease

Page 10: Fuel systems presentation (Gasoline)

Engines Operations in CarburetorNormal conditions the Gasoline goes from float to throat valve from Main nozzle Because thermostatic spring expand and choke valve opens then to intake manifold and throat valve opens more and then goes to intake manifold

Page 11: Fuel systems presentation (Gasoline)

Engines Operations in CarburetorFull Power the Gasoline goes from float to throat valve from Main nozzle thermostatic spring expand and choke valve opens then to intake manifold and throat valve opens completely and then goes to intake manifold

Which is preferable of fuel systems? Disadvantage of Carburetor

uses a lot of fuel especially in idlingdue to loss of fuel in cold start as some of fuel become volatile and don’t burn

more emissions produce

Advantage of Injection

inject the amount of fuel needed according to engine operations

less emissions

atomization because the air fill the spaces between fuel molecules so most fuel molecules will be burnt and will increase the burning effectiveness

according to the previous Injection preferred
