4. How will you greet and how will you close the deal with a new walk-in client?Answer: Every client wants to see an employee make a genuine effort to acknowledge and assist them. So as a front desk officer I always at first I should stand up from my task and offer a smile and words of greeting as well as make eye contact with the customer, then ask their question and provide that services they want, and choose conservative, professional outfits that are appropriate for our work environment. Be sure to dress and act professionally. Because as a front desk officer you will be the first face that a prospective customer sees.
