At Hayfield, you have an exclusive opportunity to have a home landscaped as soon as you move in. We have curated four distinctive garden styles for each

resident to select from for their new Hayfield home.

Design Your Own Lifestyle.

Step 1. Contact UsOnce you have received your COO (Certificate of Occupancy)

and all builder materials have been removed from site, you can coordinate the installation of your designer front garden. Simply

contact us at [email protected] with your contact details, address and lot number and selected garden style to

commence the process.

Step 2. Getting StartedA pre-start meeting between the Owner and Contractor will be arranged to confirm the scope for the works including; chosen

garden style, planting selections, access requirements, agreed set-out marked on the ground and any particular requests (must be within scope) and timing for construction. All retaining will need

to be completed prior to commencement of landscaping as is not included in the landscape package.

Step 3. ConstructionWorks are to be constructed within four weeks after the pre-start meeting. All communications during construction and establishment will be between the Contractor and Owner.

Step 4. EstablishmentThe contractor will advise of completion and arrange a meeting

with Owner and Contractor so that all parties can sign-off on satisfactory completion.

Step 5. HandoverTwo weeks after completion the contractor will arrange a final

meeting with Owner and Contractor so that all parties can sign-off on handover to the Owner.

This set number of plants allocated does also vary between garden styles depending on other elements allowed for in each garden. Final plant selections availabe for installation will also depend on nursery availabililty at time of ordering. For some more expensive Feature tree species 25L pot sizes are specified rather than the standard 45L pot size to offset additional cost. Feature materials as shown above are for illustrative purposes only and finishes may differ from the above images on completion.
