Front Cover Production Log 1

For my main headline I used the font stencil which will be one of the main fonts that I will use throughout each of the pages. This colour will also be used throughout as it is part of my colour scheme.

However although the text below my main cover line is part of it, I have used a different font to introduce the other font that will be used throughout which is Rockwell.

• I have placed the main cover line in position with the image as it correlates to the image. Therefore the audience can identify the relationship between the cover line and the image.

Cover Lines

This is one of my cover lines. The font I have used is Rockwell. Because the cover line is about Twitter I have specifically used blue here because the Twitter logo is also in blue.

For the rest of my cover lines I have also used the font Rockwell, however to I have used a variety of fonts within each cover line to draw on the importance of certain words.

I then selected each cover line and arranged them in correlation to my plan. However because my image has a prop I had to space to of them so that the microphone was visible.

I also had two other images on my front cover. However because they were smaller than the main image I had to manipulate the size of Photoshop by using the transformation tool.

I then transformed the images to a smaller size and then copied them onto one page so that when I placed them on to In Design they would already be together.

I then placed the two images onto my front cover and positioned them at the bottom as I was following my plan.

I then inserted a bar code onto my front cover as all front covers include a bar code.
