Dear Church Family, The Lord is Risen! The Lord is Risen, Indeed! This high and holy Lord’s Day we join the throng of believers across the world to celebrate the Lord Jesus Christ’s resurrection and victory over death. I hope you were able to join us for the Holy Thursday Service this past Thursday night. It is a somber reflection on the Lord’s example of service and sacrifice for us to follow. This morning is a celebration service of Christ’s victory. The gospel message must be carried around the world, but also right here in our country. I encourage you to give generously to the North American Mission Offering today. It supports over 5,000+ missionaries in the US and Canada and Pastor Delaughter’s church in New Orleans, Louisiana. We have been blessed in recent weeks to have the Lord add to our church family. We welcome Shirley Magee and the Brown’s – Eric and Tanza and their two sons – Josh and Caleb. You will enjoy serving the Lord with them. There is a place of service for each member and a need for each of us to meet. Our Great Day of Giving and Praise will be Sunday, May 5, 2019, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Our guest artist will be Daniel Crews. Daniel and his family have been here before and will bless us again that day. Bring a sacrificial financial gift for our Building Fund that will help us complete our last goal of the Clear Vision 2020 campaign. It will be the seed money needed to make the plans for our 3rd phase of renovating our buildings. People of the Word…People of Prayer
