Cashiers operate a computerized point of sale system, handle money in a safe and accurate manner, enforce poolside and healthy swimming rules, and provide exceptional guest services. In addition, this list may be used to fill the position of Mascot. Mascots wear a costume and perform at special events. Work also involves set up and tear down at events including moving coolers, canopies, tents, chairs, etc. RECRUITMENT DATES Recruitment may close when we have received a sufficient number of qualified applications. Cashier applicants must take and pass the cash handling exam on March 22, 2014. HOURLY SALARY Cashier $9.36 per hour Mascot $9.36 per hour JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be 15 years of age or older by March 22, 2014. Cashier applicants must possess some cash handling and computer experience in a work environment. Mascot applicants must wear a costume to perform at special events and must have the ability to move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds over distances more than 20 feet.
