$15.56 (minimum) - $19.77 (maximum) hourly / $32,365 - $41,122 annually.

One (1) year of experience in construction, maintenance, and

repair work involving concrete and asphalt work with at least six

(6) months experience in an airfield environment.

• An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered.

Positions at the Aviation Department will be required to pass a Federal Bureau of

Investigation (FBI) background check prior to hire. • Some positions in this classification

require the use of personal or City vehicles on City business. Individuals must be physically

capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess an appropriate valid Arizona driver's license,

possess personal insurance coverage, and have an acceptable driving record.

Interview Details – Very laid back, they ask you a few simple questions about your application

and they usually give you the job right then and there if they like you enough.

Interview Details – 2 interviews with the two supervisory levels above you, Team Leader and

Executive Team Leader. 3-4 beginning interview questions, 4 situational/tell me about a time

questions. About 15-25 minutes per interview not including any follow up questions the

interviewer may have.

Overnight Flow Team Member Interview - I applied online and the process took 3 weeks

Interview Details – Manager was very friendly and professional, when I inquired about

employment. After applying via web, an interview was offered by the overnight manager

shortly after (one week). The interview went GREAT! The manager I met with was very cordial,

and interested in my qualifications and experience. We also made some small talk about each

others backgrounds which was very pleasant. They offered me the job at the end of the

interview, and had to submit to a drug test within 2 days, which was no problem. I then was

put on schedule to work 2 weeks later.
