Angela van der Leeuw
Ange is the mother of 4 adult children aged between 22 and 28 and is a grandmother to 5. She enjoys the challenge of juggling
ministry and family despite being on her own after the death of her husband 15 years ago. She has been involved with various pastoral ministries – in church, as a youth worker, as a houseparent in a hostel for country University students, as a school Chaplain (both on the ground and in management) and is currently Pastoral Care Coordinator at her local regional hospital and church. She finished her Bachelor of Theology two years ago, but continues to study. Ange enjoys gardening, reading, craft, and swimming and loves connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds. She longs for people to go deeper with God in the everyday, and unexpected, stuff that life brings.
Vicki Gollasch
Vicki works for Australian Lutheran World Service, the overseas aid and development of the Lutheran Church.
Vicki is the mum of 4 children, ages ranging from 23, 21 (twins) and 17. She is married to a teacher and before working for ALWS she was teaching full time as well. She has also taken on the role as an Acting Principal for a year. Vicki has always had a passion for giving people the dignity they deserve; letting people know they can and empowering them to do it. Since working for ALWS this has only grown. She has been privileged to meet people in some of the most forgotten and harsh places in the world and see the difference that can be made in people's lives.
