ALL THE HOMES HAVE BEEN FITTED WITH AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMPS (ASHP) - THE LATEST IN HEATING TECHNOLOGY.

HOW IT WORKSThe ASHP is placed outside. It absorbs heat from the outside air which heats underfloor heating, radiators and hot water in your home. It uses electricity to run but produces more heat than it uses energy.
