CAPITAL ALLOWANCE TAX REFUNDS

• If you own commercial premises and/or furnished holiday let and/or serviced apartment as an individual or by the company, then this applies to you.

• If the purchase price of the property, and any refurbishment costs, was over £200,000 then this applies to you.

• There is over a 90% chance of unclaimed capital allowances being identified which can be used to offset against tax liability and/or refund.

• On average we find 25% of the property/refurbishment costs in unclaimed capital allowances which can be used in your refund calculations.

• Our fees are a small percentage of what we find and if we do not find £50,000 of unclaimed capital allowances there are absolutely no fees at all.

Historical Auditing

• If you are spending a minimum spend of £20,000 per year per entity (but we can aggregate across separate sites/branches/locations) then this applies to you.

• There will be some errors in bill production, energy supply, or charges which will allow us to go back 6 years and analyse the bills.

• On average we find 10% savings from the analysis of the bills which can be used to obtain an offset against future bills and/or refund.

• Our fees are a based on what we find and if we do not identify any savings there are absolutely no fees at all.

• All we need is a signed letter of authority (LOA) plus a copy of the bills and we do the rest. The whole process normally takes around 4 6 ‐weeks.
