Our work. Our services are tightly focused on the airline, aviation and aerospace industries and the organizations that support them. Our search work is conducted at the behest of the board, investors, senior and mid-level management. Most often, our assignments en-tail recruiting a new Director, Vice President or Senior executive for the enterprise.

Our Backgrounds. Collectively, we have decades of relevant ex-perience conducting searches specifically for airline, aviation and aerospace companies, as well as working within those companies both on a consulting basis and in management. Our professional skills and judgment have been honed through work with everything from major airlines to fractional aircraft leasing companies, aircraft manufacturers to MROs. We have conducted searches for heads of maintenance and heads of flight operations, presidents of caterers and presidents of OEMs.

At Frank Jay & Associates, we limit our workload to just a few assignments at a time--in fact, a fraction of the number required of consultants in the huge global firms or muddled contingency firms. By concentrating on a handful of committed clients, we offer unparalleled attention and responsiveness to every client’s needs.

Our Fees

We charge a fixed retainer for every assignment, and we bill that retainer over the expected life of the project.

For executive search assignments, we establish a fixed fee for each assignment. We then bill that fee in three monthly install-ments. Signing of the search assignment contract constitutes our authority to proceed with the search.

We specifically do not charge a percentage of salary for executive searches, as we believe it is inappropriate for a search consultant to have a vested personal interest in the size of the compensation package being negotiated. Our incentive for a successful search is professional, not compensatory.

In return for your commitment to our fixed fee, we commit to continuing our efforts on your behalf until you are satisfied, as-suming only that you have kept your account with us current.
