YEAR ROUNDCOD FISHING
If you want excitement, sport and the ultimate in fishing challenges, then our tuna trips are for you! The Frances Fleet has been Canyon fishing since Capt. Frank opened up the East Coast style to the general public nearly three decades ago. Due to the large size, weight and strength of the fish, we recommend these trips only to those anglers in good phys-ical condition with no heart problems. If this is you, be prepared to catch albacore, yellowfin and bigeye tuna as well as swordfish, mahi-mahi and bonito. Fish average 75 lbs., but we’ve pulled in some weighing over 300 lbs.

Half-Day FishingFor those of you who prefer shorter trips or are just starting out in
his/her venture into deep sea ocean fishing, these four hour outings are for you! Only a short steam to the fishing grounds maximizes fishing time. Catch is primarily fluke with porgies and seabass fre-quently taken. These trips are great for both the experienced fisher-man and novice. The half day PM or sunset fluke trip is a particularly great way of spending a summer evening while fishing and watching the sun set along R.I.’s beautiful beaches. These trips are great for the entire family! Family Day discounts on Mondays and Wednesdays.
