Headquartered in California, the Federation of Philippine American
Chambers of Commerce (FPACC) represents a national network of 42
chapters and over 5,000 companies. Through the encouragement of the
Ofce of the President of the Philippines and in support with the Consulate
General of Los Angeles, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and
the Board of Investments (BOI), the FPACC was established in response to
a perceived need to mobilize, unite and provide advocacy for the Philippine
business communities in the U.S.

The Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce Los Angeles

1. Arts/Entertainment - This track will identify companies in, or those that
are interested in entering, the Arts and Entertainment industry. It intends
to identify resources, network, and the sharing of best practices within the
industry.
2. Food and Agriculture - This track will identify companies in, or those
that are interested in entering, the Food and Agriculture industry. It intends
to identify resources, network, and the sharing of best practices within the
industry.
3. Healthcare - This track will identify companies in, or those that are
interested in entering, the Healthcare industry. It intends to identify
resources, network, and the sharing of best practices within the industry.
4. Services (Real Estate, Tourism) - Participants in this track will recognize
companies in, or those that are interested in entering, Service-type industry.
This track is intended to allow the acceptance of presentations that do not
fall under the other tracks. It intends to identify resources, network, and the
sharing of best practices.
5. Technology - This track will identify companies in, or those that are
interested in entering, the Technology industry. It intends to identify
resources, network, and the sharing of best practices within the industry.
6. Other - If an industry is not represented in the other tracks, companies
may identify their industry for an opportunity to present their business in the
conference.
INDUSTRIES INCLUDE:To promote the cooperation and growth between
Filipino-American and Philippine business
communities by providing the opportunity for
interaction, networking, and business epansionand the ability to gather and disseminate the learned
information back to their industries.
PURPOSE

ADS AND ExHIBIT BOOTHS
The 2013 FPACC tribute journal will be distributed to all
conference attendees, sponsors, volunteers and members of the
media. Conference goers, will nd a list of all major events,
featured speakers and ehibitors. Attendees will use the
program to plan their personal conference schedules and visits
to the ehibit hall.
By advertising in our tribute journal, you put your company
directly in the hands of potentially loyal customers. Your
business will be provided with a colored full 810 page in
the tribute journal. The tribute journal can become a valuable
promotional tool, showcasing everything you have to offer
from products to services.
You will also have appearances in all event program,
brochures, posters and yers, and event website for one year,

Ehibitors will be able to display their promotional materials t0

FPACC Advertising Policy
1. Instructions regarding contracts, insertion orders and cancellations must be made in writing.
2. All copies, including all elements is subject to the publishers approval. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertisement at any time that does not meet
FPACC standards.
3. Frequency rates are based upon a supplied written contract for multiple insertions during a publishing year. To qualify for multiple-insertion discounts, all insertionsduring the publication year must appear on one contract. Advertisers billed at contract rate who fail to fulll such contract will be billed at the rate corresponding to the
actual number of insertions.
4. When space is contracted and no copy instructions are received by closing date, copy in a previous issue will be repeated.
5. Any advertising copy that might be mistaken as an article, commentary, or other non-advertising material must be clearly marked advertisement.
6. Advertisers will be invoiced for advertising space and related charges during the month of issuance. Accounts are payable 30 days net. Ads will not be run for
advertisers with accounts over 60 days delinquent.
7. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content (tet, representation and illustrations) of advertising and for any claims against the publisher
arising from such Advertising.
8. The publisher will not be held responsible for reproduction quality if ad material fails to conform to the publishers mechanical requirements, or if ad material is not
received by the copy due date.
9. The publishers liability for any error will not eceed the cost of the space.
10. Advertisers and their agencies have dual liability to FPACC in the event of non-payment for advertising space. Meaning, the agency is responsible for the client and
vice versa.
Publication Advertising Requirements:
FPACC is not responsible for any errors made to materials which do not fall
within the production requirements.
Press-ready PDF les are required.
300 dpi resolutions are required for all images.
Be sure to include and update all imported graphics and fonts within the nal
document.
A customer approved laser output is required. If supplying color lasers, note that
press inks will not march. All proofs must be at 100%.
Color les must be in CMYK format.
Be sure to follow the required size specications indicated on the Advertising,
Rates and Specications form.
Some bleeds are possible. Call for details.
