by Hopkins & Moore
At Hopkins & Moore we strive to create individual
properties of the very highest standard, delivering homes
of substance that are a joy to live in from day one. We draw
upon the traditional qualities of home building that have
stood the test of time and fuse this with the convenience,
practicality and low maintenance demanded by today’s
modern lifestyle to build beautiful, functional new
properties that perfectly complement their surroundings.
You’ll soon find that Foundry Place is the ideal backdrop
for an idyllic way of life in the heart of the Suffolk countryside,
with the glorious English coastline easy to reach.

The village of Grundisburgh, which dates back to the
Domesday Book, is an active community with amenities
including a central green, a sub-post office, doctors’ surgery
and The Dog public house. Two shops serve the village,
while there is a multitude of community groups in which to
get involved, including French conversation, bellringing and
the local amateur dramatic society.
Children can attend the village primary school, while older
pupils are served by Farlingaye High School a ten-minute
drive away in neighbouring Woodbridge. Alternatively,
there’s the independent Woodbridge School, which takes
pupils from preparatory age all the way through to sixth form.
Woodbridge is also home to a fine selection of independent
retailers and a wide range of places to eat and drink, as well
as its own cinema and swimming pool. You can also enjoy
leisurely walks along the River Deben or take the children to
the play area at Kingston Field.
Around six miles away is Ipswich, where you’ll find a whole
host of things to see and do, from the Regent Theatre to
Ipswich Town Football Club. There is also extensive shopping
to be done, with a range of high street names on offer.
Grundisburgh benefits from an outstanding location, close to the Suffolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and its glorious coastline.
E V E RY T H I N G Y O U N E E DIS CLOSE AT HAND IN GRUNDISBURGH
Slightly further afield is an outstanding array of natural features,
from Rendlesham Forest to Aldeburgh beach to the Orford Ness
nature reserve and much more.
Grundisburgh is just three miles away from the A12 at
Woodbridge, for journeys to Ipswich and Colchester to the west
and the coast to the east. Ipswich train station affords links to
London Liverpool Street, with the journey taking less than 65
minutes. For travel abroad, your closest airports are Norwich
International (49 miles) or Stansted (54 miles).

It is not possible in a brochure of this nature to do more than give a general impression of the range, quality and variety of the homes we have on offer. The computer-generated imagery, floor plans, configurations and layouts are included for guidance only. The properties may vary in terms of elevational design details, position/size of garage and materials used. Such changes are due to our commitment to creating homes of individual character, although similar to others. We operate a policy of continuous product development so there may be material differences between the accommodation depicted in our literature and that on offer on any particular development or at different times during the progress of any development. Maps not to scale. Computer generated images of property types at Foundry Place may not necessarily illustrate that property type in its setting at this development. All internal and external photography of properties depicts previous Hopkins Homes and Hopkins & Moore developments. Other photographs are of the local area or are indicative lifestyle images. 08/16 162256 Designed and produced by thinkBDW 01206 546965.
