They have appeared as soloists, violin duos, accompanists, vocal duos, composers, educators and ambassadors of Indian Classical Music. As top class Carnatic classical musicians, Ranjani and Gayatri are conservators of their genre's unique beauty and preserve ancient tradition as they continue to innovate within it. Ranjani and Gayatri’s concerts take the listener into a world of color, beauty and transcendental bliss. They are honoured with ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, ‘Sanskriti Award’ from Sanskriti Pratishtan, New Delhi, titles of ‘Vani Kala Sudhakara’ from Sri Tyaga Brahma Gana Sabha, ‘Sangeetha Kala Siromani’ from Chennai Cultural Academy, ‘Isaijothi’ and ‘Smt D K Pattammal Award’ from Aanmajothi in 2017. They have performed in prestigious venues/festivals like The Kennedy Centre in Washington DC, Southbank Centre in London, Ravenna Music Festival in Italy, Cross Culture Festival in Warsaw, Poland to name a few. They learnt violin from Shri T S Krishnaswami Iyer and vocal music from Shri P S Narayanaswamy. Their parents Shri N Balasubramanian and Smt. Meenakshi have constantly guided them in their musical journey. Violin - Vidwan Shri Mysore H N Bhaskar He is the son and disciple of Vidwan Shri H K Narasimha Murthy and Vidushi Smt. H N Rajalakshmi of Mysuru. Widely noted for his emotive and adroit playing, he is one of the most sought after violinists of the present. Bhaskar took the able guidance of the great Violin Maestro Sangeetha Kalanidhi Padmashri Parur M S Gopalakrishnan for more than a decade. He accompanies all the top-notch musicians of the day and has been extensively acclaimed by all. Bhaskar is also well-versed in music direction and has directed and performed in numerous fusion shows across the globe with internationally reputed musicians. Being a Sangeeth Natak Akademi (Govt. of India) Yuva awardee, he is also the rst carnatic violinist featured in exceptionally reputed venues such as the Sydney Opera House, The World Music Fest Forbidden City and The Carnegie Hall NYC etc. Mridangam - Vidwan Shri Delhi Sairam He is a senior disciple of Mridangam Maestro and Kalaimaamani Thiruvaarur Shri Bakthavathsalam. Sairam is a First Rank Holder in MA - Rhythmology from the University of Madras besides being a Commerce Graduate. He has been performing for the last 17 years both in India and abroad accompanying prominent musicians. He has won many awards, to name a few ‘Laya Lavanya Trust Award’ from Padma Vibushan Umayalpuram Shri Sivaraman in 2017, ‘Maharajapuram Santhanam Foundation’ Memorial Award in 2016, ‘Guru Karaikudi Mani Award’ for 2016 from Karthik Fine Arts and many more laurels to his name. He has been regularly visiting Canada as a Faculty every year for Lecture Demonstration, Workshop and performance for the last nine years. Ghatam - Vidwan Shri G Chandrasekara Sharma He is one of the most sought after Ghatam artists in the Carnatic Music circuit today. Hailing from an illustrious musical lineage, he grew up in a household that always had music in the air. He is the son of Shri T H Gurumoorthy, a senior and established Violin Vidwan. Having taken to the art of rhythm naturally, he imbibed the best from his uncle and other senior artists, helping him create a unique style of his own. Known for his clear ngering techniques and all-round knowledge of music accompaniment and mathematics, he has established himself as one of the foremost artists in the eld of percussion today. ‘Yuva Kala Bharati’ from Bharat Kalachar, ‘Bala Kala Ratna’ from Balakalasagaram Trust, ‘T R Harihara Sharma Memorial Award’ from Sri Krishna Gana Sabha are some of the honours and titles that have been awarded, which recognise Chandrasekara Sharma's talent and success.
