Report on

4th Foundation Day Program

A meeting of the BBrains Development Society was held in the office of the Society

to celebrate the fourth establishment day of the society on Oct 4, 2008. Inspite of a

heavy down pour, the Foundation Programme started as scheduled at its Premises.

The programme was presided by Prof. K.V Sriniwasan retired head of the dept of

Chemistry, Patna Science College, Patna. Prof S.P. Singh, Principal College of

Commerce was the special guest on this occasion.

The program was started at 1 PM with

WELCOME Address by Dr. Dolly Sinha

who welcomed the guests and

congratulated to all members on

behalf of BiharBrains on its 4th

anniversary. She cut the cake in front

of invitees and members.

Dr. B.K. Sharma gave oral

presentation on BiharBrains and its

activities during four years. He

thanked all members for their

continuous support and guidance to

make this mission successful.

Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh gave the

annual report of BBSC and read the

message from chairman (Mr. Bibhuti

Bikramaditya) to all members. He

summarized all events and programs

that took place during 4th year.

talented students of the village

being given scholarship of Rs

100/- per month from today.

Prof Rajmani Prasad Sinha,

chairman of the global scientific

council submitted the establishing

“Pataliputra Technical University” and

“Bharti University of Science and

Technology for women”. The Global

Scientific council will meet again to

discuss on this proposal and to finalise

the draft. The details will be put on the

web site for the comment later. This

proposal for the purpose of association

from individual, society, trust,

companies and other private investors

will be put on website.

Dr Santosh Kumar gave the

developments regarding Global

Science Council and stressed the need

to strengthen this team. He requested

members to increase membership of

this council.

Prof Jainendra Kumar of College of

Commerce talked about his

preparations of Bihar Science

Conference and formed team for

handling sponsorships. They decided

to visit all potential sponsors in a team

at local level.

Prof. S.P. Singh, Principal of College of

Commerce, Patna was the special

guest for this function. He talked about

his long association with Bihar Brains

and about his involvement in Bihar

Science Conference. He announced his

total support for this conference.
