LOGGING IN
1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://dealers.forestriverinc.com
2. Log in with your dealer account number, username, and password
3. Click on the link to Dealer Parts Online:
STARTING AN ORDER
To start a new order, select the product you wish to order parts for from the dropdown and click Next.
Note: An order can only have parts for one product. If you need to order parts for more than
one product, complete an order for each product separately.

Some products may require you to select an origin before starting your order. In these cases, a second
dropdown will appear allowing you to choose the appropriate origin before continuing.
VIEWING YOUR ORDER HISTORY
If you have previously placed orders, you can view them by click the View Order History link before starting a
new order:
To view the tracking information associated with this order, click on the Tracking # link and you will be
redirected to the shipping company’s website to view the progress of the shipment.
Click on any order # to see details for that particular order.
SEARCHING FOR PARTS
This is the parts search page. From here, you can search for the part you need, find parts specific to a VIN, and
find a part by the part number. If you can’t find the part you need, you can even send us a description and
upload photos of the part.

Finding parts by description or type
When you start an order you will arrive on the Parts by Product search screen. To find the part you need, enter
the key words in the Description box and click Search. The system will then search all part descriptions and
return the closest matches for you to select from (limit 1000). If you need to narrow down your results, you can
select a Class and Sub-Class from the dropdowns.
Finding parts by VIN
If you have a specific VIN that you’d like to find parts for, click the Add VIN to this order link. A pop up dialog will
then appear. Enter the last 8 characters of your VIN and click Add VIN. The VIN you enter must be for the
product you’ve selected.
If the VIN you enter is valid, you will see the full VIN displayed on the search screen.

You will also now have the option to only see search results that are for the VIN you entered. To do so, check the
“Show parts only for VIN…” option and click Search.
Finding parts by Part Number
If you know the part number you need to order, click the Part # tab to the left of the search form. Then enter the
part number you wish to order and click search.
Manual Entry
On the Manual Entry tab, you can add a miscellaneous item (and optionally, include an image) onto an order.
a. After selecting the product that you wish to order for, click on the Manual Entry Tab.
b. Type a description of the item in the ‘Description of Part’ field.
c. Select the quantity of that part needed to be ordered.
d. If you have an image that will better help to define the generic item, click the browse button and attach
your image. Up to 3 images can be added per generic item.
e. To add this item to an order, click the ‘Add to Order’ button at the bottom of the page.

Note: In your checkout screen, you will notice that the unit price for manually entered parts is
$0.00. Your Forest River Parts Rep will contact you about further details on this order.

Search Tips
Hiding Prices
By default, the “Prices” checkbox will be checked. To perform any type of search, you can uncheck this checkbox and there will not be any pricing information displayed in the search results (useful if you want to show your customers this screen). Here are examples with and without the box checked:

Graphic Sets
Graphics that have associated parts will automatically appear at the top of your search results. This makes
it easy for you to find the specific graphic you are looking for by clicking the “View related parts” link:

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR CART
Select the desired quantity for the part using the drop-down control, then click the "Add to Cart" link.
SHOPPING CART
The Shopping Cart maintains a list of parts chosen for purchase. You can add parts from the search page at any
time. Multiple searches can be performed and parts added from any search until ready to check out.
The current status of the cart is shown at the top of the search page. It displays the current part count with a link
for you to begin the Checkout process.
Note: the item count will show the count for all quantities purchased. So, if you purchased 6 ft
of a part, the quantity will display as “6 items”.

SAVING YOUR CART
If you have added items to your cart, you can save your order to be completed at a later time. To do so, click the
“Return to Dealer Parts Online Home” link located in the upper-right of the screen.
Upon arriving at the screen, a popup dialog will appear:
If you would like to return to the part search page to add more items to your cart or begin the checkout, choose
“Continue order”.
If you do not wish to save or continue the order you have started and want to start a new order instead, choose
“Start new order”. Your current order and any items in your cart will be deleted.
To save the cart for a later time, choose “Save this order”. A confirmation message will appear and you will also
see the cart listed at the bottom of the page under Saved Carts:

At this point, your cart has been saved and you can start a different order or exit Dealer Parts Online. Your cart
will be saved up to 15 days. During this time, you can return to this page and continue working on your order by
clicking “Resume order” next to the saved cart you wish to resume.
COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
Click the “Checkout” link in the top right of the page to begin the checkout process:
Order Review
The first screen displayed during the checkout process allows you to modify the order quantity or remove a part
from the order altogether. You can also enter shipping notes for the order. The shipping notes can hold a
maximum of 255 characters.
To continue the checkout process, click on the Checkout Now button.

Shipping Information
To ship to an existing address, select a pre-defined shipping address from the drop-down. This list uses current
dealer shipping addresses from FR corporate.
To enter a drop-ship address, first click on “Enter Drop Ship Address” and enter in the information in the form
that appears. You must click on “Add New Ship Address” when complete to add the Drop-Ship address to the
order.
Required fields are listed with an asterisk (*) next to the field name.
Enter the Contact Name for this order and, optionally, a Purchase Order #. Then select the appropriate shipping
method from the options presented and click Continue Checkout.

Selecting a Payment Method
As with parts orders, you can choose to pre-pay for an order or receive an invoice. Selecting On Account will
bill you for the order. You will be sent an invoice for the order from Forest River.
Selecting Credit card will display the credit card entry fields. If this is your first time using Dealer Parts Online credit card entry, the credit card fields will be blank. Once credit card information is entered, it saves that information. So that the next time you check out and select credit card, you will see your card information filled in. At this point all you would need to do is fill in the CCV field. You will need to enter the name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Currently, Forest River accepts only MasterCard and Visa as payment methods via the Web.
Submitting Your Order
The final step is reviewing the order. You will see this page after entering the PO and contact information. Note
that even on this page you can still edit your cart and proceed through the checkout process again via the “To
edit your order, click here” link.
Click on Place Order to send the order to Forest River (Note – there are 2 Place Order buttons. Both work the
same way and will place the order in the system).
Note: Shipping is calculated when the order is fulfilled, so no shipping charge will appear on
the Review Order page.

Order Confirmation
Once the order is submitted, you will see a confirmation like below:
To create another order, click on the “Click here to place another order” hyperlink. If you are done with the
ordering process, simply close Internet Explorer.
The system will automatically send you an online receipt to the parts e-mail address that is set up for your user
account in the Dealer Central system. To see a copy of that receipt, click on the “For a printable receipt, click
here” link. Below is an example receipt:
