Please donate a hind quarter from your successful hunt to our 36th annual Venison Dinner to be held February 17th, 2018. Simply place your donation in the freezer in the kitchen and sign the list. Thanks for your help with this ministry! CAC LIBRARY The Thanksgiving and Christmas books and DVD’s are available for check out in the Library. We have some awesome Christmas read-alouds, also - they are a great low stress activity to make some wonderful family memories. SNOW CREW VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Do you have a servant heart and want to make a difference at CAC this winter? We need volunteers who would be willing to come a few hours before Sunday Worship Services to help clear snow from our sidewalks and entrances to make it safe for others to come to worship. Our goal is to develop a rotating schedule of volunteer teams to be available on an "on-call" basis. If you are interested in helping, please sign- up at the Lobby Information Center or online at butlercac.org/connect/serve. WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of bad weather, our church activity cancellations will follow Butler Area School District. If Butler Area School District cancels school or dismisses early, church activities will also be cancelled for that evening. SUNDAY AM VAN DRIVERS-

WE ARE LOOKING FOR FRIENDLY, HELPFUL PEOPLE TO SERVE AT CAC…

GREETERS-

You don’t need a special license to drive our van and assist people in attending Sunday morning worship. You need to be 21 years old, have a clean driving record for the last 3 years, and have a friendly smile. Drivers serve only 5 to 6 times a year and training is provided.

Families, teens, singles, and couples are needed to join our team of greeters. This is a great opportunity to meet other people in the Church and welcome visitors. Greeters serve 3 months out of the year, a month at a time and substitutes are available if you cannot do a Sunday.

CAFE WORKERS -Help serve people at our Cafe. Cafe workers duties include making and serving hot/cold drinks and serving donuts. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet new people. We need volunteers for each shift and have a special need for closers.

Middle Shift (8:45 – 10:30 AM)Serve people drinks and donuts, replenish supplies as needed.

Closers (10:30 to 11:00 AM)Record items that need to be ordered, clean up, wipe tables & counters.
