NOTICE OF FINAL LIST OF C-LASS MEMBERS FOR DISTRIBUTION OF PARTIAL SETTLEMENT AND FINAL INSUFFICIENT DATA LIST
Attached to this Notice as Exhibit A is the Final List of Class Members for Distribution of Partial Settlement. Exhibit A represents those tribes and tribal entities for which the necessary documentation showing that they meet the criteria for class membership for purposes of Section III, n8(c) of Appendix D to the Partial Settlement Agreement was received in a timely manner.
Attached to this Notice as Exhibit 6 is the Final Insufficient Data List prepared under Section IV, 79(e) of Appendix D to the Partial Settlement Agreement. Exhibit B represents those class members for which the audit data necessary to verify their right to receive a share of the partial settlement for one or more of the settlement years has still not been received by the Independent CPA. Class members on the Final v Insufficient Data List may submit the necessary data to the Independent CPA no later than August 12,200O. If the necessary data is not received by the Independent CPA on or before August 12, 2000, those Class Members on the Final Insufficient Data List will not receive a share of the partial settlement for the years for which there is insufficient data. The audit data necessary to verify a Class Member’s right to receive a share of the partial settlement for one or more of the settlement years includes a copy of the Class Member’s schedule of Federal Financial Assistance from its Single Agency
audit report or other satisfactory proof that it received federal financial assistance from agencies other than Indian Health Services (“IHS”) or BIA. The necessary data should be submitted no later than August 12,2000, to the Independent CPA whose address is:
