- Yes the 3D Digital Foot Scan is diagnostic and prescriptive. Precise measurements are taken from your scan to create a three-arch customized pair of orthotics designed just for your feet, unlike generic inserts found in retail stores.

- Both of these companies offer a generic more rigid orthotic with only a medical arch support. Foot Leveler Orthotics are supportive, yet flexible through the complete gait cycle of Heel Strike, Mid Stance and Toe Off. They also are customized and include complete 3-arch support and correction.

Many insurance companies may cover a portion of the cost of your orthotics - this depends on your policy. Since it is a personalized durable medical product we ask that patients pay up-front. Your orthotics will be filed with your insurance along with a Certificate of Medical Necessity. If insurance pays you will receive credit on your account to apply to future treatment or an account refund.

- Yes, you can make a down payment with two additional payments within 30 days of your order. An additional account fee of $20.00 is added to your order with a payment plan. Please see pricing sheet for more details.
