Training for all users of the FSSC Platform:

• Dedicated training program

• Platform key-users

• Instruction movies available as help function

• Dedicated technical webinars

Priority 1 – Training Strategy

Role of the key-user:

• Manage the access rights for other CB users

• Train & assist all other CB users to enter audit data

• Filter any user demand and solicit ViaSyst Helpline

• Responsible for all communication with ViaSyst

• Attend mandatory annual update training

Priority 2 – A key-user for every CB

The report consists of three modules:

• General information on certified organization

• Summary per V4 section

• Checklists

The introduction will be accompanied by a

dedicated training program for all CBs

Priority 3 – Mandatory audit report

There will be some new features introduced:

• Only reports of active auditor can be uploaded

• New certificate created after re-certification audit

• Pop-ups to prevent incorrect data entry

• Validation procedure simplified

Priority 4 – FSSC 22000 version 4

• Auditor competence = knowledge + skills

• Requirements developed by GFSI ACSC

Working Group for knowledge testing

• Offered by Greenfence to FSSC

• A separate platform where the auditor can do

the basic exam for all GFSI schemes

• Database of all GFSI auditors

• Auditor mutual recognition between SOs

The Platform will focus on:
