Why have a coffee break in your meeting?

Because breaks are vital to ensure that concentration levels stay high, everyone remains refreshed and your meeting is productive as possible.

Acknowledged research shows that an average person remains attentive for approximately 20 minutes before becoming restless, and after 90 minutes in a meeting there becomes a noticeable loss of engagement.
