TOM COLLINSFirst made over 100 years ago by bar tender John Collins and known as Old Tom. This is a refreshing sweet and sour drink with gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup topped with soda.

ALABAMA SLAMMERSweet home Alabama! Amaretto over ice with cranberry, soda and fresh lime. A taste of the deep south.

JUNE BUGSweet, fruity and refreshing, this drink combines coconut rum with melon and banana liqueurs, topped up with pineapple juice and a squeeze of lime, a perfect summer’s day tipple.

PURPLE HAZEBlue curacao, coconut rum and cranberry juice gives this drink a distinctive berry twist. The colour this creates gives the drink its name in honour of the mighty Hendrix.

IRISH MONKEYThis cheeky banana milkshake style cocktail combines Irish cream with banana liqueur , shaken with milk and topped with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.

BISON GRASS POLSKAZubrowka Bison Grass vodka is shaken with pear puree, elderfl ower and plenty of fresh lime. A revitalising twist on the Caipiroska.
