How our Products WorkTwo Distinct Lines:

Dignity Fashions ™ are created for the mildly Physically Impaired and Elderly.

All Products are created with standard sizing and created to optimize easy on/ off operation – yet maintaining a non-modified appearance.

DbD ™ is created specifically for the Wheelchair Mobile.

All Products are created with standard sizing – yet with all modification built into the pattern. Higher back rise, shorter front rise, longer length in the legs and full access in the openings. Once again, maintaining a non-modified appearance.

Statistics behind the opportunity of partnering or investing with Dignity by Design

Unmet Market Need – 54 million Americans alone are estimated to have some form of disability that limits dexterity or dressing issues. The data is taken directly from the “American’s with Disabilities Act of 2001”.

The apparel market is a $300 Billion revenue producing industry. The disabled market does not have a supplier for clothing that meets the fashion trends for the working or socially active disabled. Through the response of trade shows and affiliations with disabled organizations, we are assured that this Company can and will meet this need.

First-To-Market-Advantage - Entrance into this market is significant at this time, as the disabled market is steadily growing and the market has not been addressed.

Large Market Base – Rehabilitation facilities, Hospitals and disabled organizations throughout the country have requested our catalog and referral information for their clients. The reason being is that, to date, they have not had any resource for clothing, other than geriatric, standard hospital attire to refer to. With over 54 million clientele, which is sadly growing, the market base is evident.

But ….is there enough of a Market?

What the previous slide illustrates is: 35% of all disabled people are satisfied with their life – in

comparison to 60% of those living without a disability. 35% of all disabled are employed, whereas 76% of those living

without a disability are gainfully employed. (2004 Statistics)

20% of all disabled have higher education – however only 10% of the non-disabled population have higher than a GED or HS diploma.

25% of all disabled have an income higher than $15,000, whereas only 8% of the non-disabled (in this survey group from NOD) had higher than a $15,000 annual salary.

*Figures and chart from N.O.D.(2004)

What these figures tell us is that the disabled is as competent, “out there”, educated and able/willing

to work as his fellow non-disabled man – more so in many cases, however this population is still

considered “less than” by almost every market and business in the

United States.

Dignity by Design is in place to address one issue: accessible, professional/fashionable, easy access clothing at

reasonable cost, availability (online retail) with ergonomically correct “off the rack” sizing.

At present there are fewer than 5 companies which offer some form of adaptive clothing for the wheelchair-mobile or physically challenged adult. Most of the clothing is geriatric, unprofessional and completely out of mainstream style.

We have one specific barrier to coming to the disabled market:

Funding

Page 10: Follow us on our journey...share with those who support Fashion accessability for the Disabled and Physically limited!

Barriers that are generally associated with a clothing start up company, such as: Development, R&D, Patterns, grading, cutting and manufacturing instructions via CAD design, office structure, marketing, mission, branding and partner sourcing, website and

ecommerce, material and manufacturing sourcing, distribution and warehousing – are in place with

Dignity by Design.

Dignity by Design is a “business in a box”.

We need 2nd round funding to complete the trifecta currently in place:

– Core Business– Property/Site Development

– Eb5 (China/US Investment).

Help the disabled help themselves by helping us:

What do we ask of this audience?

Please …Look to your business organizations, personal affiliates and networks.

Do you know of a foundation, investor or partnership

within these organizations that would want to speak with me? Perhaps it is one

of you out in the audience today. A disability may play a role in your lifetime – whether it is

a family member, colleague, friend or yourself.

Take this time to reflect on what you would want as a standard of living for this loved one or yourself.

See the Ability – Not the Disability
