The committee on rescue and relief work ot Agll.daa:Iarael, ilf~•;l'­caretul mediation, proposes the following steps-- to be ·considered ''li)f:­the War Refugee Board,

1-A large amount of money should be appropriated for the ieecue work of thousands of individual11 who in accordance With recent reports are hiding in foreets around the Poliah•l!Ungarian-Slovakian border, in churches and variou11 placee, whose life is endangered every moment. There is a possibility to Bl'.llUggle them across the border to the satellite nations, or even to neutral countriee. Thia rescue work requires greater-BU!ne because the miugglere demand large· amounts per' capita, 't;,,,, - -~ - --

2-To aeaure visas' in countries out·or the war zone1 such as Turkey, Syria, l'aleetine, l'ereia, ae well as all countries ot Northern Africa and the Americas.
