Menu pricing is subject to change without notice. Menu pricing is per
person unless otherwise noted. Printed menus are for general reference;
our staff is happy to customize menus to meet your specific needs.
All meeting room rentals are subject to a 24% service charge, of which
10% is taxable. All audio visual rentals are subject to a 10% sales tax and
24% service charge, of which 10% is taxable. All food and beverage is
subject to a 10% sales tax and 24% gratuity.
Please confirm guaranteed number of attendees 3 (three) days prior to
your event. The expected number will act as the final guarantee number
if the guarantee number is not received. If the number of attendees
exceeds the guaranteed number, you will be billed according to the
number of attendees.
If shipping materials to the hotel, please include the company/group
name, event manager and the date of the meeting on the outside of the
package. The hotel can not assume responsibility for the damage or loss
of merchandise sent for storage. If an outside catering food waiver has
been signed, guests are responsible for providing their own utensils and
plates. 20% of the final total will be due at signing with the remaining
balance due 3 (three) days prior to your event. Standard linen is included
in the room rental. Custom colors or designs are an addional fee. A cake
cutting fee of $3 per person will be applied to outside cake brought into
the meeting room. Plates will be provided by the hotel.
