Since taking up the sport nearly a decade ago, fashion designer Cynthia Rowley has become an enthusiastic-not to mention stylish-member of the east coast’s surfing scene. Last Septem-ber Rowley was one of the judges at the New York Surf Film Festival, and this spring she’s launching a 40-piece collection, a flirty and chic medelt of surf-inspired streetwear mixed with street-inspired surfwear, in collaboration with Roxy.
