Company Profile

Putlock Chimney Systems Ltd was formed in August 1994 by its present directors, Mr Garry Puttock and Mr Ken Lock, both having spent their working careers in sheet metal fabrication and production. From launch, the Company’s aim was to provide a quality and reliable service and achieve ISO 9001 (BS5750) accreditation within the first year; an achievement which was realised within the first nine months. This aim still forms a strong part of our commitment and ethos today. Recently the Com-pany has been accredited for ISO 14001 Environment Standard. Putlock Chimney Systems is now a major supplier to all sectors of the heating and ventilating trade and is renowned for its high standards of product, service, design capability and price competi-tiveness. In 1996 we introduced a machine workshop with vastly experienced staff producing quality ma-chined parts and tooling to the customers’ specifications. This section of the Company has carried out numerous new installations and rebuilds of bed isolators for medical and military contracts. Our trained staff have also carried out commissioning and servicing of these units, both within our work-shop and on site. Putlock Chimney Systems has a strong commitment to quality and the continued development of its business, including introducing new products to enhance and improve its product range. Putlock Chimney Systems are happy to carry out batch work or individual components detailed to customer specifications. We have a full AutoCAD facility to produce working drawings and we can assist customers in the design of a product. We offer an on-site measurement service with full de-sign undertaken to the customers’ requirements and, if required, will install full systems with our own installation team.
