Floorbrite’s industrial and specialist cleaning division has developed over 40 years through training and experience to bring our clients a small core of personnel that have particular skills beyond the scope of a general cleaning team. The team is an essential part of Floorbrite as they meet the demands of our clients requiring ‘one off’ periodic, specialist and sometimes emergency projects such as flood or disaster cleaning.

Floorbrite’s window cleaning division is one of the most established in the North West. Our specialist team collectively have over 100 years’ experience, cleaning the windows of historic listed buildings, state of the art office towers, business parks, factories and colleges to department stores, shopping centres and leisure and entertainment facilities. The challenges presented in cleaning such a variety of today’s buildings is inevitably diverse and so our team is constantly updating its processes to ensure the most effective, efficient and above all, safest methods of window cleaning are adopted.

Services include: Traditional window cleaning, Brodex water fed pole system, abseiling and high level suspended rope access, fall arrest, cradle work, scaffolding, MEWPS (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms), installation of pigeon spikes.

Our specialists look at the issues that influence your interior plants and landscaping such as environment, temperature, lighting and humidity. Then your preferences when it comes to plant displays, tropical plants and office plants, what kind of containers you like and what mood you want to create, incorporating an extensive range of designs and colours to compliment your corporate style.

In addition to exterior landscaping and maintenance we can also cater for large scale interior landscaping ideas designed to command attention in heavy traffic venues like Train stations, Airports, Shopping Centres, Office building atriums and Schools. Creating head turning designs that are put together in the most striking and innovative ways.

Communication with our Ops Team is fundamental to our success. Monthly 1to1 meetings with Area Managers in addition to monthly and quarterly team meetings, ensure transparency and foresight to prepare for client and team requirements. Sales/Commercial Directors meet weekly with the Ops Manager so that the department is prepared for new business going forward. Ensuring that new contracts mobilise correctly and seamlessly, covering TUPE and HR issues. Following contract mobilisation, we implement regular meetings with our clients to monitor performance at a time and frequency convenient for you, scoring and recording the information via iPads, using our Cleanlink CRM system. Operations, H&S and Training & Development Managers regularly monitor contracts. In addition to visual inspections the Area Managers will visit your sites during cleaning shifts to manage or retrain staff, assess stock levels or just pass on recognition of a job well done.
