This class is an all-inclusive dynamic functional and
multi-faceted course design to improve your overall

more than your regular Ab class. CORE-CT is about
training the core the correct way, which covers the 28
muscles of the back, abs, hips and gluts utilizing ground
based exercises that revolve around you.

This calisthenics barefoot workout is designed to
challenge your nervous system as well as add resistance
as you sink into the unstable white Bahamian sand,
you’ll feel the added difficulty in the first couple of
exercises because it is where all the reflex points
originate according to Leonardo da Vinci.

H.I.I.T is a training technique in which you give an all-
