    Executive Summary

    Fit-Hit club will help in the proper physical development of children and teen agers at schooland college level. As in most of the schools/colleges concentration is totally on studies andhence only mental development is there but not physical. Though some sports activities are therebut that too not in all. This club not only deals with physical improvement rather as a completehealth development club.

    As today more and more stress is given on studies by both parents and teachers so it has becomeharder for students to give time for fitness. Also today by providing games on laptops, mobilesand video games, the advancement in technology is stopping Childs to move towardsplaygrounds that Leeds to fitness.

    As its a fact that Health is W ealth i.e. until you are fit you cannot lead to success in any fieldso in studies. Also due to open of these coaching institutes pressure is increasing on studies andon minds. Hence ultimately students hardily find any time for taking care of their heath.

    To expand the services to all over India. To increase the level of fitness in India. Reduce diseases. To create a healthy environment. Increase creativity among students.

    Create interest of students towards sports.

    Convince various schools/colleges. Provide exact knowledge to schools/colleges about values of health. Attract students over there. To reach each and every school and college in the city. Decide no. of trainers for each school/college.

    Market size

    Total population of Kota 19,50,491.Males: 10,23,153Females: 9,27,338Out of this Students: 8,77,245 approx.

    Customer

    In order to reach schools/colleges, personally visit with proper brochure, our planmap and collected data showing reducing fitness level of youngsters.

    In case of deficiency of space under the school/college find a small alternativeplace around that. Provide the college information of that area with lesser price.

    If school/college says that aerobics and dancing classes are in nearby area, thengive them knowledge about various other activities of our club.

    Competitors

    Gym and dancing classes nearer to that area will be our competitors.

    They may provide training at lower cost as they provide only one thing forphysical development.

    Play-ground near to schools/colleges.

    Government

    As this club is based on the physical development of children and youngster which is asocial responsibility. So government will also going to support this task and permit toopen such club in schools/colleges by providing license easily.

    Showing comparative results of increment in admission after addition of Fit-Hit.

    Relating the studies with these events and providing all-round development of students.

    It will refresh the mind of students which will also increase their studyingcapacity.

    Creating such setup of equipments and events is planned according to areaavailable.

    Schedule planning in school time for these activities:

    We require half an hour daily before assembly and 1 period daily as provideaccording to school/college. We divide our plan as-

    Yoga/Karate (20 min.) - In morning before assembly starts regularly.

    Medical Checkups (10 min) - After Yoga/Karate.

    Sports/Aerobics alternately in 1 lecture provided by school/college fromMonday to Thursday and in free lectures.

    Dance classes at Friday and Saturday in that provided lecture.

    Review and Control

    For each group of 5-6 schools/colleges 1 manager will be appointed to check out workingof trainers.

    Manager will also look out for quality and quantity of equipments for that particulargroup of schools/colleges.

    Contingency plan

    Back up of available area will be kept before reaching a school/college as if they do nothave enough area to provide us.

    Back up for defective equipment should be kept at office to replace immediately.
