Using My Skill Exchange (MySkill X)

If this is submitting a candidate /employee available for hire or loan / secondment do not add candidate names or gender to these forms. Complete the Skill Profile form as best you can. Good Job Descriptions and past Experience help Members see potential use and understand the wider roles available. The more detail you add the better the search results and interest. If you are adding yourself e.g. as an Expert you can create a number of Skill Profiles based on industry sectors or skill sets- so that you can be found by searches across more than one industry.

Using My Skill Exchange (MySkill X)

Competence is an increasingly valuable way to judge skills mobility and the ability to change or cope in a new workplace or role.

Skill X uses competence in Leadership, Commercial and Communication as descriptions to add value and clarity to candidate’s Skill Profiles.

Select from the choices and broad examples but feel free to write your own within each section.
