Congratulations to Sam Belanger for the successful completion of his Eagle Scout project, the final requirement to achieving Boy Scouts' highest honor.

Sam fund-raised and supervised the creation and instillation of the POW/MIA memorial in our parish cemetery. Fewer than 3 percent of all Scouts achieve this distinction. Sam is set to receive his Eagle Scout award next month.
