INFORMAL GROUP, also called as clique, is analliance that is neither formally structured, nororganizationally determined. Informal groups
are natural formations in the workenvironment which appear in response to theneed for social contact.
Rather , member roles are loosely defined,
based on member expectations and the needsof a group at any particular moment. A members behavior is guided by his owninternalized perception of what is appropriate.

STORMING - STAGE 2At this stage group development conflict arisesbecause of the need to clarify roles,
