SLEEPING LEVEL

The ALPIN CHALET is a cut above the rest

Location and atmosphere raise the chalet to higher spheres. You

are majestically seated above everyday life. Far away from the main-

stream and out of the ordinary. The thrill of the ultimate change of

scenery is guaranteed.

Cosy nests to snuggle up in at night, an ALPIN ATRIUM for those who

like to play, grown-ups and kids alike, a private sauna with a view, a

kitchen like in a restaurant for passional hobby chefs, an ALPIN LOFT

as a high seat amidst the nature of the impressive mountains.

The architecture of the ALPIN CHALET

The most beautiful elements of a cosy lodge combined with the open

elements of a modern loft:

• open rooms and plenty of windows with scenic views

• traditional handicraft – aesthetic in design yet with straightforward

functionality

• down-to-earth, natural materials – ecologically conscious

• timber floor boards and stone floors with floor heating

• central heating with a renewable energy

• open and visible carpentry of the roof construction, larch wood

furniture.

The ALPIN LOFT - the heart of the Chalets, in the open gable-

ended room with a large perfect kitchen and dining bar, whereby

each enthusiastic hobby chef has his bright de lightful work space.

Towards the balcony - where the dining and living quarters with

homely corner seats are.

Centrical the ALPIN ATRIUM on the sleeping level

an open lounge with a flat-TV. To the south the sunroom with

sauna and double bed, four sleeping nests each with four beds

and shower/wc. All togehter 18 beds. 5 additional sleeping

rooms on the floor below.

NEW – Indoor pool and ALPIN CHALET “Large” with 8 slee-

ping nests in Filzmoos since December 2014. The new Chalet

is a combination between a classic ALPIN CHALET and the

XL ALPIN CHALET. It’ almost the size of its bigger brother

the XL ALPIN CHALET but has sleeping nests just like those

in the classic ALPIN CHALETs. More information on request.

The ALPIN CHALETs in Filzmoos - in the hamlet of Neuberg are

located on the outskirts of this small hamlet, alone and idyllic at

the edge of the woods. In summer it is the ideal starting point

for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain-bike tours. In winter

two ski lifts which are just 150m from the chalets (Schwaigalm

T-bar and the Geierberg T-bar) connect you to the Filzmoos

ski area. The ski area is pleasant and never over-crowded.

Filzmoos is part of the world famous Ski amadé ski circuit. The

nearest ski areas in the circuit are just a 20 minute car ride away.

On three days a week a direct ski bus to Flachau - Wagrain

- St. Johann, Flachauwinkl - Kleinarl – Zauchensee is provided.

The Village Chalets - Live near by as a family, amongst

the scene, centrally located, immediately in the beginning

of the village. Next to supermarket, restaurant, bar and to the

bus stop. Close to the ski lift stations Achter Jet and Space Jet

with ski schools, sports shops and Après ski. Bus station for

the ski or hiking bus.

The Sport Chalets - sunny location, open to the south, hill-

side situation surrounded by mountains, 150 m to the cable

car station Flachauwinkl - Zauchensee and to the ski bus

stop - Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl - Kleinarl with the ABSOLUT

PARK & BURTON THE STASH. 3 restaurants and Après ski in

the neighbourhood. Farmed huts, outdoor pool in summer.
