Training. Classes must be paid via cash, check, Pay-Pal,
or Venmo prior to the start of the first session.
Drop this form off at the front office. In consideration of the participants being permitted to register and participate in
this off ice training , we do herby forever release and discharge its director,
agents, employees, and person or corporation or partnership connected here
with form all manner of action, injury, damage, claims or demands which will,
shall or maybe hereafter have, suffer or reason of such participants in any
program with Fire On Ice Performance Training. This release shall be binding on
our heirs, assign, executors and administrators. It is further agreed that Fire On

Athletes will comprehend how the human movement system properly and efficiently works through a range of upper body, lower body, and core exercises. Education of posture , technique, and safety will be emphasized. SAQ and plyometric training will be additional components
Neuromuscular Efficiency: The ability of the nervous system to recruit the correct muscles to reduce and produce force.. This is critical for athletes to learn how to skate strong, reduce impact of on ice training , and decrease injury.
* U.S. Figure Skating recommends this type of strength program in preparation for safely executing on ice jumps. Dates: Mondays January
6th - February 10th
