We would love to have a team of volunteers, adults and teens, that have some background or inter-est in working with preschoolers to lead/co-lead/assist our Summer Sunday School for 4 & 5 year olds. We use a program that has pre-planned lessons but we need that special person who loves little children and has some experience working with them to bring the program to life.

In the past we have been able to offer this session, July-September, during the 9 am or 10:45 am Mass. If you are interested in helping please contact the Religious Education Office. We would love to talk to you. (949) 586-4550 or [email protected]

Well... Now is your chance to find out! Children and Families from Religious Education and the RE Parent Advisory Board will be outside of Mass the weekend of Palm Sunday, March 19 & 20, handing out information regarding this annual tradition AND help anyone who would like to learn how to transform their palm branch into a cross. Good Samaritan Ministry

drive, and are in need of a ride to Mass on the weekends, an occasional ride to a doctor

appointment or a ride to go food shopping, etc.

Our Ministry provides these rides rather than having them dependent on a taxi system that isn’t

quite as personal.

Men’s Retreat April 22-24, 2016

Men, it’s retreat time at Mater Dolorosa Retreat House in Sierra Madre, located adjacent to the Angeles National Forest. It’s not uncommon to see deer walking the grounds at this beautiful

location.

This year’s theme is “NO GREATER LOVE” where the passage from John 3:16, “God so

loved the world that he gave us his only son…” comes alive with inspiring talks, daily Mass and

quiet one-on-one time with Jesus.

Here is an idea that will generate dividends for a life time - take your son, nephew or grandson

along with you. It will bring Christ and his

message to life.
