Fantastic, you have opted to install your Moby internet modem. I know that this may seem a little intimidating but trust me this will be a piece of cake.

Let’s get started.

Plug in the Power Supply into the Moby Modem.2

Plug the Network Cable into the white Ethernet WAN interface (see diagram) on your Modem.

Locate your data port / smart panel(or existing modem if applicable).

Connect or replace existing modem with Moby Modemin your data port / smart panel by using one of the

supplied Data Cables currently plugged intoyour Moby Modem (Ethernet WAN interface).

NOTE: OK, this one may have been a little tricky. If you figured it out, then BOOM, you’re all good! If not, no worries! Give our support line a

call and we’ll be more than happy to help you out.



NOTE: If you have a smart TV, gaming system, computer or other devices that you would like wired directly into the modem, please connect it with the

supplied data patch cable (connect from your device to one of the 4 yellow network ports on the back of your Moby Modem).

Here’s where it gets exciting… wait for the Broadband and Service lights to become green (this may take up to 15 min).

OK, you see the lights? Piece of cake, right?Now for the last step. Follow Section B, WIFI Instructions, to

connect your wireless devices.

Congratulations! You have completed your Moby Internet Modem Self Install! Now you’re ready to proceed to step 1 of your Moby WIFI

Setup Instructions.

Look for the info card that was provided with your Moby Internet Self Install package. �e information on this card (Network Name

“SSID”, Network Password) will match the label information on your modem.

Go to your WIFI enabled device (smart phone, computer, gaming console etc.) Go to your WIFI settings. Locate your SSID # in the

list. Once you see it, select it. Once prompted, enter your Network Password. KABOOM! POW!!! Just like that, you’re riding the

information super highway!
