=illiam ames, =hippany resident, said regarding to on8going solarissue, we are loo+ing at H*0 million at une>pe#ted #osts as the proe#t windsdown& 9i/en the settlement that was signed a few wee+s ago, who is in #hargeof operating those solar fa#ilities that are #onstru#ted in Morris CountyO

Administrator Bonanni said There is an operator on Solar and Sunlightis operating the sites that are fun#tioning on Solar & 'elie/e thatSunlight su'#ontra#ted it out to a pri/ate indi/idual in the e/ent that therewas a need to ha/e ser/i#e on them& The solar panels that are at Mennen Arena

are Solar and not Solar & The reason that the repairs ha/e not 'een#ompleted is related to a delay with the insuran#e #ompany&D

Freeholder yon said that with Solar when Tioga left, the County diddo an $F1 and 'rought in a new #ompany that is managing that so while there isfrustration with the solar panels that is a#tually not related to this&

Administrator Bonanni said, $F1Ps ha/e 'een issued 'y the mpro/ementAuthority to 'egin to identify legal and engineering #onsultants&Administrator Bonanni said There are two formal $F1Ps posted on line on theCounty =e'site and mpro/ement Authority we'site& The first is for #ounsel,the attorney for the mpro/ement Authority, and the se#ond is for an energy#onsultant or #onsultants& The way the $F1 was drafted it allows forfle>i'ility& There #ould 'e a #onsultant to #ome in as a proe#t managerwhile perhaps another #onsultant would de/elop S$C #ur/e analysis& Both ofthose are due on May !th& =e would hope to award one of those awarded at these#ond freeholder meeting in May& Then we would loo+ to fo#us on a pro#ess toanalyKe the un'uilt sites and loo+ at the produ#ti/ity&D

ta+e down trees and lim's on the side of County roads& 6n e#em'er 22nd#oming 'a#+ from an errand, there was a tree ser/i#e in front of his houseta+ing down 2 trees& The trees were already dead and 'eing se#tioned andground for disposal& 6ne tree had a diameter of ?0 in#hes and the other *0in#hes& No prior noti#es were gi/en 'efore ta+ing the trees down& "eunderstands a person 'y the name of Mi+e did the wor+ 'e#ause the trees werewithin the easement of the County& The trees were 'ehind the fen#e and wor+was done 'y e>tending a hydrauli# e.uipment o/er the fen#e& No noti#e wase/er pro/ided& Mi+e was the one who ran the ser/i#e& "e wondered why thatwor+ was done without #ommuni#ating to him& "e as+ed if any other in#iden#esof this type of thing were #urrently happening& n "arding, he would 'ere.uired to o'tain a permit from the Shade Tree Committee 'e#ause there is anordinan#e in his town that re.uires that this 'e done& Administrator Bonanni
