By joining us you are not only able to be part of the nomadic lifestyle but also to support the cultural heritage and the local community. Our family has a long history of working side by side with the community throughout the year. During, before and after the festival they will all play an important role and without them the festival can not take place.

Wednesday, October 26th
Marrakech/Ait Ben Haddou/OuarzazateDeparture in the morning from Marrakech to Ouarzazate via Tizi N'Tichka (2260 m), through the HighAtlas Mountain Range. You will visit the famous Kasbah of Telouet (former residence of the Pasha Glaoui) and then continue your journey through the Valley of Ounila to the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou (International UNESCO Heritage Site) where many famous films were shot. Arrive at your hotel in the late afternoon. Overnight and evening with other festival-goers in Riad Ksar Ighanda.
Thursday, October 27th
Ouarzazate/The Draa Valley/M’HamidAfter breakfast, departure for M’Hamid, travelling through the Drâa Valley via numerous small and picturesque villages and fortified Ksours. Stop for lunch in Zagora, and continuation through the ‘valley of palm trees’ to M’Hamid (the last village before the Sahara). Arrival in M’Hamid village at theend of afternoon and transfer to your bivouac. Your first dinner and night in the desert!
Friday-Sunday, Oct 28th- 30th
3 days Taragalte Festival with all its activities on a full board basis. Stay in the dunes of the Sahara and sleep under nomadic tents nearby the festival site.
Monday, October 31st
M’Hamid/Tamgroute/OuarzazateDeparture from M’Hamid in the morning and stop in Tamgroute to visit the Koranic library and meet local manufactures of pottery. Arrival in Ouarzazate in the late afternoon. Half board overnight stay inyour **** hotel.
Tuesday, November 1st
Ouarzazate/MarrakechAfter breakfast visit of the Taourirt Kasbah and departure for Marrakech where you will arrive in the late afternoon.
Included:- Transport with 4x4 vehicle or in a minibus
