Registration Way
1. Please confirm: original ICAMA (Certificate of Free Sales) needed or not? If ICAMA is necessary, please confirm: Surely Acceptable: Fengshan ICAMA (the same
manufacturer and exporter) Acceptable or not for your Ministry? Authorized
ICAMA (different manufacturer and exporter)
2. Dossiers: Please provide us a latest Official Guideline. Which dossiers must be GLP reports? Does non-GLP data with suitable Format is OK? How many Samples will be needed?
3. Sign Agreement: Product name, sales area, annual quantity… etc.
4. Dossier work by our Registration Dept. Please waiting for the work schedule with patience.
5. Submit dossiers to your Ministry Finish Registration in your territory.
Direct Way (on conditions of:) Registration way completed Oversea registration holder with non-unique source Territory without registration regulation Customers with special networks or channels
Products can be purchased directly: 1. Generic products in China: We can only provide off-patent products, regardless of registered or not registered in China. 2. Registered / non-registered products in China: Products without registration in China:
a) No ICAMA , difficult for oversea registration. b) But still have risky way for exporting.
Products registered in China: a) Chance for obtaining ICAMA or authorization. b) More easier and riskless for exporting.
